A path leads from the grounds to Lower Town harbour and the lane leads you into Fishguard where there is a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Located in a unique, quiet, secluded position about 1/4 mile from the neighbouring property. It is an ideal base for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The Pembrokeshire Coastal path which has been named by the National Geographic as the second best walking destination in the world , is easily accessed as are the many lovely beaches and coves along this wonderful part of the North Pembrokeshire coastline.
An external flight of wooden stairs lead to a small balcony area with a table and 2 chairs.
Entrance is into a hallway and through to the open plan Kitchen, sitting and dining room
The KITCHEN area has a basic range of units, fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker and a microwave oven.
The DINING area has a dining table with two chairs.
The SITTING area has two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and a good selection of books and games.
The BEDROOM has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, chest of drawers and wonderful views of Lower Town Harbour.
The bed will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower over, WC and hand basin.
Garden and Parking
There is an attractive shared garden and patio area to the fore with amazing harbour and Gwaun Valley views. Plenty of seating areas are provided for your use.
Parking for 2 cars adjacent to the apartment.
There is gas central heating throughout the property; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times.
There is no washing machine; however the owners are happy to do washing for you by arrangement.
No smoking and no under 18's.
The owners run a Bed and Breakfast next door and you are welcome to enjoy their breakfasts and a la carte evening meals should you wish (charges apply).

The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region
Pembrokeshire's attraction is its peace and tranquility which has a hypnotic effect on visitors who return year after year, if not more frequently. The coastline and villages have changed very little over the centuries.
The superb sandy beaches and quiet coves, once the haunt of smugglers, are around every twist and turn of the coastal lanes. Both on the coast and in the Preseli hills there is a profusion of beautiful wild flowers, encouraged by the mild climate, high sunshine hours and influenced by the Gulf Stream. Pembrokeshire is a haven for nature lovers with foxes, badgers and birds too numerous to mention literally on you
Fishguard is a town 16 miles north of St Davidâ??s and the town has good transport links with its train station, buses and busy Harbour. The harbour is now the main sailing centre for the North of Pembrokeshire and offers frequent ferry trips to Ireland. There are two parts to the town, The lower town is much older and is more picturesque with a scattering of traditional cottages around the harbour and the upper town is busier and is like many other small towns. The coastal path runs through the town and offers amazing views of the local landscape and wildlife.
