CalaGreen is ideally located midday between the sea and mountains, just 5 miles from Benidorm. It provides a superb base to enjoy the many facilities of this year round resort; the mountains; or just lazing on one of your three spacious and secluded sun terraces.

This brand new property sits in a small well cared for development of townhouses with a shared pool, fully landscaped grounds and playground. This particular townhouse benefits from having direct access to the pool; a garage equipped as a games room; 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and black out blinds, main with en suite. Heating and air conditioning provides all year comfort. The property is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.

Sky TV was installed in May 2011, the installer advises that your UK card can be used but this is unproven.

Grills are fitted to allow doors and windows to be left open so benefiting from the breeze created by this elevated valley position.

Flexible "any day, any duration" booking to accommodate the low cost carriers.

The booking covers the FULL DAY of arrival & departure. We do not have 'arrive after' or 'leave before' times.

To ensure high standards, a full day is allocated between bookings for thorough cleaning. Same day changeovers cannot achieve this. There is no cleaning service during your stay, you will not be disturbed. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

Cleaning, electricity, bed linen, and quality towels are included in the price. There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

CalaGreen sits in an area designated as the "Special Theme Park", between the Motorway and Mountains behind Benidorm and flanked by Finestrat to the West and La Nucia to the East. Massive investment is being made in the infrastructure and building of high quality leisure and sport facilities; 5* hotel and residential areas to rival anywhere in the world. Beautiful wide Boulevards and huge feature roundabouts link all of these attractions. This includes Terra Mitica, Spain's largest Theme Park recently bought by Paramount with major investment underway to extend the park; and Terra Natura (Wildlife & Massive Aqua Park). The area also includes two 18 hole Golf Courses at Real de Faula with 5* Resort Hotels (the Sheraton and the Westin). Just 700 meters from CalaGreen another golf course is under construction.

CalaGreen is ideally situated on the CV-767 road between the coastal resort of La Cala de Finestrat and the picturesque mountain village of Finestrat. The closest beach is La Cala only 3 miles away, next to the Grand Bali, at 600' Europe's tallest Hotel. This area is quiet and popular with many bars and restaurants. Finestrat sits below the impressive Puig Campana in the Sierra Aitana mountain range. At 1410 metres its taller than Britain's tallest mountain, Ben Nevis.

The Costa Blanca's largest indoor shopping centre, La Marina, and massive Carrefour Hypermarket are just 2km away towards La Cala. The top floor of La Marina is dedicated to leisure with restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, and a multitude of children's entertainment.

Benidorm, one of Europe's Premier holiday locations is just 5 miles away, 10 Euros in a Taxi. Unbeatable varied nightlife: in the Old Town (Spanish based tapas bars and many small English pubs) and in the New Town (large entertainment complexes). Two recommended nights out are Benidorm Palace and the Casino Mediterraneo at Villa Joyosa (eat and drink as much as you like for 22 Euros, remember to take take your passport). The ever popular Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sea World are located in the New Town.
