The cottage is set within the grounds of the prestigious coastal holiday village - The Bay Filey, half way between the traditional seaside resorts of Scarborough & Bridlington.

This idyllic location is perfectly placed for guests to experience the magnificent Yorkshire Coastline and explore the wonderful surrounding countryside, including the North Yorks National Park.

All season attractions such as Eden Camp, Flamingo Land, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes Hall are all within easy reach as is 'The Deep' underwater experience at Hull.

Just forty miles away, York's myriad of delights include the magnificent Minster and the Jorvik Viking Museum.

Quoted prices include:

Linen, towels and welcome pack.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% (of the total cost) to secure the booking.

The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

A separate £50 damage waiver per booking is payable with the balance.

This is refundable on your return (once the apartment has been checked).

Check-in time 2pm / Check-Out time 10am unless arranged otherwise with the owner.

Cot & high chair facilities are available at the property.

Any other arrangements will be subject to prior agreement with the owner.
