Fantastic Ground Floor Apartment! 2 large bedrooms, unlimited WiFi, beautiful lounge,centrally heated, Sleeps 4. Superb location, ideal for all ages. The sea is a 5 minute stroll away, the beautiful Glenn Gardens is over the road (which incidentally is a quiet cul de sac) Our beautiful property also boasts its own private walled garden and off street parking....

General Information

Our apartment is one of two flats in this beautiful red bricked Victorian house. The location of the flat is ideal for all, as we are short walking distance from the beach, Glenn Gardens Park, the Crescent Gardens and all the local amenities.

Lounge

This room is stunning. The whole of one side is taken up by a massive south facing bay window, which soaks up the sunshine. In this room you can relax on one of the 3 comfortable leather sofas reading a book or watching the TV. The large coffee table is ideal to play one of the many board games or jigsaws we keep at the flat for everyone to use..

Bathroom

A modern white suite with a large bath, basin and wc. There is a powerful electric shower over the bath. Large white tiles which add to the cleanliness. Then to finish off for that extra wow factor we have some sparkly floor tiles!

Separate wc

Not a lot more I can say about that!

Kitchen / Dining Room

Boy did we knock some walls down to get this fab room. We wanted to create a large modern sociable dining kitchen with all the mod cons, dishwasher (nobody goes on holiday to wash up!) washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave at one end of the room and a dinig table, chairs and TV at the other end. There are 2 large windows which look out onto the back garden, and the back door opens on to a small porch.

Outside

The Porch opens up on to our private walled garden which is quite a large area. There is a large table and plenty of chairs for that outdoor dining experience. To the side of the flat we have off street parking for 1 car. The front of the flat looks onto a pretty well kept garden. We are located on a wide cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal.

"Would stay again but needs TLC"

Lovely spacious property wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Nice new bathroom Very quiet area not alot of traffic noise or any noise come to that (except for the seagulls). Downside, alot of things didn't work properly, lights under cupboard in kitchen tv's/remotes/ extractor fan. Most windows painted shut so as a result the flat was stuffy and a little musty smelling. Flat in general could do with a very good clean. Saying that would be happy to stay again.

We have updated the instructions for the 32" TV in the lounge so it is easier to select the sky channels. We will look at replacing the analogue TV's. Meanwhile we have installed unlimited wifi which will also allow guests to watch on laptops and tablets. We appreciate your feedback.

"EXCELLENT !!"

This ground floor flat is extremely spacious, with everything you need for a great stay. The handover was prompt and efficient and contact with the owner extremely professional. The situation of the flat is superb being a short walk into the town centre and with a park opposite with a stroll down to the beach. The steps back up can be daunting, but are great fun.
We had a great time and am sure you will too !!
