About the home

Luxurious 2-bed roomed abi revelation, brand new this year and the only one currently at blue dolphin. Sited at the lakeside and with a south-facing lounge, this 12x40 foot caravan has a high level of interior design.

- upvc triple-glazed windows and doors
- solid wall construction with cavity-wall insulation for extra warmth.
- full mains gas central heating incorporating combi boiler and thermostatic radiator valves.

The lounge features a modern sofa and separate armchair, wall-mounted flat-screen tv, dvd player and flame-effect gas fire. The modern kitchen has an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The cooker has twin ovens, a grill, 4 gas burners, a wok burner and an electric cooker hood.The spacious dining area has a cream and pine-effect table, 4 chairs with rattan seats and contrasting tableware. The shower room has a large curved-fronted shower cubicle with dual-flush wc, large wash basin and extractor fan. The bedrooms have a decidedly coastal feel with seaside stripe fabrics. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space and a vanity area with mirror and upholstered chair. The en suite has a dual-flush wc, small wash basin and extractor fan. The twin bedroom is much more spacious than most and (unusually) has full-width single beds arranged in an l-shaped room. Ingenious wardrobes incorporate a bedside table at each bed.

A smoke detector, carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher are fitted for your safety.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort on the North East coast of England, boasting a 5 mile stretch of clean, sandy, award winning beaches. Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a seaside resort since Victorian days.
Filey is protected to the north by a low lying ridge of rocks called Filey Brigg and from the Brigg the sands sweep to the south, terminated by the spectacular chalk cliffs of Speeton and Bempton.

“Excellent stay” I am writing this review wondering if i should tell everyone of our secret hideaway. if i say too much we wont be able to book it again next year! Cedar court 10 is not what you expect a caravan to look like. It's a beach chalet on wheels with first class accommodation inside. Big beds. Dishwasher. Big TV. My 2 and 3 year old girls loved feeding the ducks from the secure balcony overlooking the pond at the front. It's was very windy and very cold but snug and warm inside the delightful caravan. It's was spotlessly clean with nice bedding making for a lovely holiday despite the weather. If you are looking for a caravan holiday that does not feel like a caravan then this is the place for you. Lovely. We have already booked to go back.
