WeI do appreciate feed back but I feel this rating of three stars particularly harsh. Bank holiday traffic I cannot control I am afraid. Especially when the sun is shining.

You can't please all of the people all of the time I am afraid. Really sad about this as the guests seemed to really have a lovely time. The traffic noise can be heavy when all doors and windows open, but with double glazing it shuts most of it out. As for the railway, watching the Pullman Steam Train pass must be appreciated surely?

OUCH! Thankyou for your comments. Great to know the Annexe, once again, was found to be very comfortable; shabby chic at its best. The hub number should be input in lower case: silly billies. Ironing board still in situ. It is lovely to know our hospitality is appreciated.
