This lovely studio apartment is situated in a very central location in Figuretas, in relaxed neighbourhood with local shops, supermarket in front of the building, cafes and restaurants within easy walk to the lovely promenade along Figuretes Beach.
The studio benefits from plenty of natural light and a big terrace/balcony. The building is situated in front of the sea, however, the studio is not facing the sea but is near the Old Town and Ibiza Castle - within walking distance (via the bay or via Avenida Espania street ).
Ideal for a couple or 2 friends! The beach is just 20 metres from the entrance of the building - it is in front of the building.Taxis are also lined up on the same street which makes it easy for going out late in the evening. Walking -takes appx. 7 minutes to the centre of Ibiza town. Location is extremely convenient and the studio is a real joy to stay in.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza has a reputation for its nightlife and generally attracts a large number of young tourists each year. However, Ibiza provides a different type of holiday that people would not expect; it is a great place for relaxing and enjoying the sun on one of its many beaches.
The studio boasts a central location in Figuretes beach . Plenty of lovely cafe-restaurants overlooking the sea. Lovely for going to breakfast early in the morning, or having a romantick dinner overlooking the bay and the sea.
Figueretas / Es Vive area
Very close to the apartment there is a central point where big boat comes every morning and takes tourists to Formentera.This makes it easier for tourists staying in the area because there is no need to go to the centre of Ibiza to arrange a boat trip to visit Formentera island - just need to walk on the bay and within a minute walk the trip can be arrnged by paying a ticket for the boat trip, on the spot -any time in the morning before 10am. The boat also takes tourists back to the bay from Formentera.Tickets cost only 14 euros p/ p.
How to get there
Direct flights from UK with Easyjet.co.uk, First choice, Monarh, Iberia, Britannia airways.
On arrival at Ibiza Airport, you can choose Car Hire, (takes you 7 minute drive to the apartment) or Bus which goes every 30 minutes to Figuretes (Avenida Espana) journey time approx. 10 mins.
Taxis are frequently available from the airport. (Cost approx. 12 Euros=£8.50).

Further details indoors: Contemporary decor, modern, (dark blue/cream/white/) tastefully decorated in natural linen and cotton fabrics with marble style tiling.
Spacious big room that leads to a big 5sq metres terrace via glass doors - when curtains are open makes a huge, long space to walk through.
Modern tiled bathroom with wash basin, large mirror in bathroom, bath and shelving.
Big studio leaving area and sleeping room 40 sq meters with dbl bed for 2, lovely dining table with matching chairs, contemporary shelving and open plan kitchenette. As shown on photo, there is a lovely table for 2 inside the studio. New Hi-Fi, CD/radio and TV. There is a built-in wardrobe, small mirrors; pine chest of drawer; shelves on walls.
Towels and bed-linen are supplied but we advise guests to take extra towels aand linens if they wish to have this changed.
Apartment interior remains comfortably cool even in heat. Air fans are supplied in the studio for guests to use, but must be switched off when out.
Further details outdoors: The studio apartment has direct access to big balcony with a table and 4 chairs-comfortable and spacious for having breakfast or having drinks throughout the day. It has a shade and it is never too hot.

The accommodation is rented on bases of self catering, this is a basic studio, very centrally located, easy to move around and affordable price which reflects the basic standard. Cleaning services are not provided
You can take a trip to Formentera , boats come on the bay of Figuretas beach every morning and they collect passengers from the bay. Need only 15 min prior to departure for booking the trip.
The studio apartment is fully fitted and very conviniently located for tourists.

Conditions
When booking, 50% of rent required upfront via cheque and remaining 50% payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
Fully refundable security deposit required up front when renting the studi of £350 (or Euro equiv.) in case of major breakages.
On leaving the studio apartment must be left in clean condition as you received , just bedding sheets and towels left on the double bed for cleaners to deal with washing.If apartment is left uncleaned we will take 50 euros from your deposit.
Checking in apartment is 2.pm. Check out 9.45m.
All contract conditions specified in the agreement.
Arrival time can be arranged for keys collection.For UK based clients, keys can be provided from uk prior to departure. Please advise with booking.
