About the home

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a very central location in Es Vive Figueretas, in a relaxed neighbourhood with local shops, supermarket in front, cafes and restaurants within easy walk to lovely promenade along Figueretas Beach. The Apartment benefits from plenty of natural light and a small balcony. The building is only 4 years old and all the decor is new and good quality.The Old Town and Ibiza Castle are within walking distance via the bay. Ideal for a couple or a group of friends! The beach is just 70 meters from the entrance of the building.The famous Bowling Cafe with canopied open-air restaurant is nearby. Several internet cafes in locality. Easy for parking.

Neutral modern contemporary decor throughout the flat. Cream/white/ beige decor, tastefully decorated in natural linen fabrics with marble style tiling. Modern tiled bathroom with wash basin, large mirror, bath and shelving in silver.

Big living area with dbl sofabed, lovely dining table with colourful modern chairs, shelves, and TV unit. As shown on photo, there is a lovely table for 4 that can extend or with just one turn around fixes in triangle for space saving.New Hi-Fi, CD/radio, DVD and TV. There are built-in wardrobes in the bedroom, mirrors, pine chest of drawers and it is all compact and comfortable for use.

The apartment has direct access to small balcony with a small table. Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans,kettle,toaster, cooking utensils, wine glasses, cutlery ,Fridge Freezer -Zanussi,modern silver cooker with extractor and lights etc. Towels and bed-linen supplied.

Apartment interior remains comfortably cool even in heat. Air fans are supplied in rooms.

The building is very near to the Figueretas bay, near to a lovely beach in Figueretas.The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and is very private and secure. The building is very nice and all stairs and decor is in marble.

Fresh fish can be bought from nearby shops. The beachfront is a very short stroll away. Less than 2 minute walk to beach restaurants on palm-lined promenade. Sand and rocky beaches with spectacular views over water.

The location of the apartment is fabulous, just 15 minutes' walk to the centre of Ibiza. It is also near to Playa d'en Bossa, a famous beach (6 minutes away by bus or 15 minutes on foot).
You can catch the bus on the corner of the street where the building of the apartment is and they take you anywhere for 1 euro, making getting around the island very easy during your stay.

The apartment is fully fitted and very conveniently located for tourists.
You can take a trip to Formentera , boats come on the bay of Figuretas beach every morning and they collect passengers from the bay. You only need to book your trip 15 minutes in advance!

Conditions

When booking, 50% of rent is required upfront via Bank Transfer or cheque and the remaining 50% is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Fully refundable deposit of £450 (or Euro equiv.) in case of major breakages.
Check in time is 2.pm. Check out 9.45 am.
All contract conditions specified in the agreement.

Please note the rates shown are on bases of 2 people sharing- can rent 3/4 people maximum to share the apartment.

Arrival time can be arranged for keys collection.For UK based clients, keys can be provided from uk prior to departure.Please advise with booking.

The Ibiza region

The Figueretas area

Figueretas Beach is the nearest beach to Ibiza Town and many watersports are available as well as sun loungers all Within 1 minute's walk a boat trip is available every morning for tourists to visit Formentera island with the clearest waters this side of the Caribbean. The boat trip costs only 12 Euros approx. and no need to head to centre of town to catch it or return as there is a stop in Figuretes itself and the apartment! Promenade is popular with morning joggers and strollers alike.

Direct flights Easyjet.co.uk from UK. Or via Iberia/BA.
On arrival at Ibiza Airport, you can choose Car Hire, (7 minute drive) or Bus every 30 minutes to Figuretes (Avenida Espana) journey time approx. 12 mins.
Taxis frequently available also. (Cost approx. 12 Euros=£8.50).
