3 bedroom, duplex apartment with a huge 180 sq metres of living space with 3 wet rooms.


Sunshine Apartments are located in a quiet area 5-10mins walk from the centre of Calis, 1min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants and 10mins to the beach. The popular Calis Sunday market is located just 2mins walk round the corner from the apartment.

This luxury apartment is self catered, air conditioning throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen to help you cook at home. Living room is a large open space with brand new comfy seating and wrap-around balconys. The kitchen and living area are open plan, creating an extremely sociable living area. The two master bedrooms offer they're own large en-suite wet rooms, the third bedroom also has a wet room. All rooms have their own wrap-around balcony with furniture. The mountain side views are spectacular. The apartment itself and all features within are brand new and are of an excellent high standard. Perfect for small or large families/parties as well as couples.
The apartment is situated within a small, safe and secure complex of 20 apartments, perfectly located looking out onto the pool and large communal sun-bathing area. Children and adults alike will appreciate the fantastic large 'turtle' shaped pool with children's area attached

Calis offers an abundance of shops, bars and plenty of restaurants with a whole variety of international dishes. Many of the restaurants are located right on the sea front so you can sit back and relax whilst you watch the sunset. The beach is sand & shingle and is looked after by the bars on the sea front. Beds and parasols are widely available for a small cost. For the more sporty types, an array of water sports is available further down the beach, such as wind surfing, kite sailing and water skiing.

Other activities are also available within 5-10mins of walking from the apartment such as crazy golf, tennis and a waterpark. Back down towards the beach there are some fantastic boat rides available, and we highly recommend taking the trip out around the 12 islands. For relaxing, there are various men and women's spas around the location where you can treat yourself to a Turkish bath or much more.

Facilities

The apartment will be cleaned throughout, amenities replenished and the beds made for your arrival. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

Instructions for washing machine, TV and DVD player etc are all in the apartment if you need them. The stereo is compatible for 'plug in and play' on mp3 players.

Feel free to bring along your own DVDs and CDs. Board games and books are available too.

Hangers and hairdryers are provided in the bedrooms and there’s plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space.

All bedrooms and living areas have security bars and fly screens on the windows and air conditioning is provided throughout.

A private BBQ, built into the wall on the main balcony is available for your use.
Beach towels are NOT included.

There are seven sun loungers available, which can be placed anywhere around the pool which has a children’s pool attached and are both cleaned daily.

The kitchen has table and seating for seven and the same on the main wrap around balcony leading from the kitchen so you can dine inside or out, as well as each balcony offering seating and tables.

The apartment compound is surrounded by a large communal garden, which again is also looked after daily.

* Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date need to be paid in full upon confirmation. Non refundable.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

If you are visiting Turkey for the first time you are in for a wonderful surprise, you will be truly amazed by some of the most dramatic scenery Europe has to offer. Sparkling turquoise seas, endless golden sun kissed beaches, bathed in sunshine for nearly 300 days a year and local Turkish hospitality that is second to none.

The Turquoise Coast has plenty of activities on offer. For those feeling adventurous Turkey has become the number one destination for paragliding enthusiasts. Turkey is also a paradise for walkers, the Lycian way is a 509 km way-marked footpath around the coast and mountains, starting from Fethiye and finishing in Antalya and is one of the most popular routes for walking holidays. A stroll from Calis to Fethiye along the beach front takes around 50mins and offers plenty of places to stop along the way.

Turkey offers many other activities including, horse riding, wind surfing, kite surfing, water skiing, parascending and skiing in the winter months.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis is also located close to the beautiful town of Fethiye, which can be reached by the dolmus buses that pass the front gates every 15 minutes, or by catching a water taxi which will take a little longer to get there but is extremely enjoyable and relaxing with wonderful views and the opportunity to take in the glorious coastline. A bus journey takes about 10mins to get to Fethiye as opposed to 30mins on the water taxi.

Every Sunday Calis offers a spectacular market just 2mins walk away. At the market you can buy everything from fresh local meats to glorious selections of fresh fruit & veg. Or treat yourself to some of the designers most recent designs with the copies available, shoes, handbags, towels, sunglasses and much, much more! Don’t forget to haggle. For an even bigger market experience, head to Fethiye where they have theirs every Tuesday.

Fethiye also boasts a stunning harbour where you catch the glimpse of turtles that rise to the surface and again with many shops and restaurants you’re spoilt for choice.

Sunshine Apartments and Calis are easily accessible and only 40mins drive away from Dalaman airport.

More and more flights are now becoming available for flying to Turkey. The nearest and main airport is Dalaman, which all major British airports and airlines cover. Otherwise you can fly to Bodrum or Antalya, these are just a little further out from the resort.

Thomas Cook, Thompson Fly, First Choice, RyanAir and Jet.2 all offer competitive prices. EasyJet also fly to Dalaman and can sometimes work out a lot cheaper, they also offer a car hire service with a discount for flying with them. www.easyjet.com. We can send you travel directions if you are hiring a car.

In the past we’ve managed to get cheap flights from www.OTbeach.com who you need to ring once checking the website, but are extremely helpful. Another tip would be to check out the price comparison websites for flights. www.travelsupermarket.com / www.skyscanner.net / www.airflights.co.uk

We can also arrange a pick up taxi service for you. The journey costs £30 each way for up to 4 people. Larger group sizes can also be accommodated for up to £50 each way. Please enquire about group sizes and prices.

“Excellent apartment! Super holidays!” We had one of the best in life holidays, we were there in June, big family: myself, husband, my mum and dad and my husband's mum and our 8 month old son Gregory. A truly luxury apartments - beautiful, very clean (feels like brand new) very well organized kitchen. Amazing huge swimming pool, which is very well cleaned and maintained every day. Great BBQ facility in the balcony. Very good location just a minute walking from a Sunday market! Very good, friendly and intelligent neighbors. Glenn and Magie (dedicated family who looks after apartments) are SO helpful! We had their great warm care all the time thru the holidays. Thank you very much! P.S: a main tip - if you want to rent a boat, ask for Sugar Boat (its a surname of the captain), superior boat and very nice team.

“Lovely apartment” Lovely apartment, new and nicely furnished with 3 good sized bedrooms all with a wet room. The pool and garden area is very clean and well maintained. The apartment is within a couple of minutes walk of Calis' Sunday Market and a lovely restaurant called The Roka, where the owner is very friendly and the food excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a great self catering holiday.
