Luxury 4 bed villa built in 2005. Open aspect to the side. Mountain views are all round. Villa has private driveway through wrought iron gates. Landscaped gardens all round and large private pool which gets the sun all day. Marble flooring throughout and all rooms have independent air conditioning which keep villa cool on hottest of days. Large open plan kitchen
From the living room, doors lead to two terraces overlooking pool. There is a downstairs shower and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a French balcony and en suite shower. There are 2 further bedrooms on the second floor both with own balconies with tables & chairs. On the third floor there is a large bedroom with sitting area and TV. This room leads onto a roof terrace overlooking the pool.

Our property agents are based locally in Calis and can assist you with any issues you may have with the villa (24 hour emergency contact). They can also help arrange airport transfers, car hire, excursions etc. Welcome packs with food and drink can be arranged for a small charge. Mid-stay cleaning and laundry can be arranged for an additional fee.
Conditions
Refundable breakage deposit required with final rental payment. No pets allowed. No smoking. No unaccompanied teenagers.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Med coast has something for everyone - some of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey, amazing landscapes and lots of history and culture. There's so much to see that you'll need to come back. Places we recommend:

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
The villa is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Turkey. Fethiye is set in a pretty bay surrounded by pine-clad mountains and overlooking the 12 islands of the bay. It has a busy attractive harbour with excellent boat trips, plenty of good restaurants and a weekly bazaar. Nearby is Olu Deniz, probably the most famous and most photographed beach in Turkey. If you're looking for something a little more lively, Hisaronu and Ovacik are a short distance away.
Calis is a small resort with a lovely promenade, complete with restaurants, bars and shops, where you can spend many happy evenings watching the famous sunsets. There is a long, shingle beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A "dolmus" mini bus picks you up from near the villa every few minutes if you can't face the short walk to the beach. From the beach area you can also take a regular water taxi service to Fethiye. On Sundays there is a lively market with lots of bargains. You can also find a water park in Calis - great for the kids.
In wintertime there is a ski resort less than an hours drive away.

"This is a first class villa and I truly believe that the photo's do not do it justice. We went away expecting a villa that could be used as a base for the week and ended up spending most of our time by the pool or on the patio. It is perfect if you are wanting a quiet holiday as it is far enough away from the bars and clubs that you are not disturbed but only a 15 minute dolmus ride from Fethiye, where they have an excellent market. we have never eaten so well for so little. The space in the villa meant that even with 7 adults we never felt we were overcrowded and never even fought over the bathrooms!
