Beachfront three storeys and 5 bedroom private villas with private pool and garden, and excellent seaviews. The private villas are located in Calis beach Fethiye, in fully self sufficient complex Sunset Beach Club having extra facilities; private beach, outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, market, restaurant, café & bar, internet, Spa & Turkish Bath, Fitness, etc.
It is in the same time at 10 minutes walking distance to the lively centre of Calis. You can take the Dolmus (local transports) passing by the complex every 5 minutes to all directions like Fethiye, Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon), Hisaronu, etc.
We have got four Sunset Villas next to each others and they are all at the same type and same standards. The only difference will be the colours of the furniture. You can see each of the 4 villas in our JoyLettings website with home codes; YS05, YS06, YS07 and YS09. The pictures here belong to one of these fore villas; YS06.

Conditions
The simple procedure for booking is as follows:
1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates
2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account
3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit
4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival
All payments can be done in GBP or Euros
• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Two weeks might not be enough to see and taste all beauties in our area of blue and green.
Calis Beach is a famous beach resort in the area, became a town centre its own now as it has got all. Calis Beach is famous with picturesque sunset, sea breeze and the 3 km long beach promenade. Restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and all for relaxing and fun are both along the promenade and in lively centre of Calis. The main town Fethiye is 4 km away. You can visit there for a difference, by water shuttle as well.
Boat trips, Water Park, Water sports, Jeep Safari, Paragliding, Diving, Fishing, Sailing, Trekking, Horse Riding, Sightseeing Tours and so on. Other beach and entertainment resorts are available at 5-15 km drive, easily accessible by frequent local transports.

• We can arrange your private airport transfers for reasonable prices; 35 GBP each way for up to 3 people, 40 GBP for 4 people, and plus 5 GBP per additional person.
• For late night & early morning arrivals, a starter pack of food & beverage for 8-10 people is provided for 15 GBP.
• We can arrange baby cot for 20 GBP per week, and high chair for 10 GBP per week.
