**ON THE BEACH** Neptune apartment within the 5* Sunset Beach Club lies less than 100m from the beach. New 2 bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine, iron and board. This apartment and complex is ideal for couples and families.
The complex offers fantastic facilities for a fabulous holiday, including three communal pools, indoor pool with gymnasium, TURKISH BATHS, massage, sauna, beauty treatments, kids club, pool bar, restaurant, shop & Wi-Fi.

Built to a very high specification with sun terrace, garden area and located adjacent to large communal pool with large sunbathing area. A quiet, peaceful location, yet only a short walk from the lively Chalis Beach restaurants, shops and bars. The local Dolmus (minibus) stops directly outside Sunset Beach complex. Beach facilities from the nearby Surf Shack include wind surfing, kite surfing and scuba diving, jet ski and paragliding can be arranged locally.

A short bus or water taxi ride to the working harbour town of Fethiye with its bazaars, lively nightlife, fish market and outdoor markets. Nemerous waterside shops, bars and restaurants, daily fishing, sightseeing and Gullet boat trips.
Chalis Beach is a relaxed and friendly resort, famous for its stunning sunsets. A pedestrian boulevard with varied shops, bars and restaurants, all within close proximity of Senset Beach Club. Local Sunday market. Local tourist agencies for organised trips, car and quad bike hire. Trips include, horseriding, boat fishing, jeep safari, quad safari, scuba diving, paragliding and numerous watersports.

“Well positioned and good apartment just what we wanted.” Ground floor apartment, well positioned so you don't get noise from the bar and close to a pool. Four sunbeds allocated to the apartment. Nice and clean and comfortable however the beds were a little hard but ok. We had a lovely holiday and the beach was a stones throw away from the apartment with free sunbeds. Visit Sat restaurant if you want a restaurant that is a little bit special with lovely views, ask for a table on the jetty. Bella Mama's restaurant has great seafood dishes and the milkshakes are to die for. You can have a breakfast at the pool bar but the people, food and service at the beach bar next to the surf school is really nice for breakfast and lunch. The apartment is about 15 mins walk from the main part of Calis. The property management company provide a representative that meets you the day after you arrive and is available througout the whole holiday which was really useful for a bit of local information. The 12 islands boat tour was lovely. There is a 24 hour reception that has a direct link to the local taxis which arrive within a couple of minutes if there isn't one waiting there already. We had a great holiday and we are thinking about going back next year.

“Wonderful apartment jus 2 mins from beach and poool with all the mod-cons” A lovely very modern and well built apartment in a complex with 5 pools and access across the road to the beach. The apartment was full air conditioned and had all the labor savings appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The apartment was ideally located, just 20m from pool and a 2 mins walk to the beach, but still far enough away from bar area to avoid any noise. The apartment easily and comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Would benefit from having a key to access the apartment from the back where the terrace area is, but apart from that, no complaints at all.
