About the home

Within 100 meters of the Sea front and 15 pigeon steps of the pool is this little piece of heaven.

This 3 storey Town house sleeps 6/8 people with 3 double bedrooms, which includes 2 with double beds and a twin room, along with and a fold down double sofa bed large enough for 1 adult or 2 small children. The house caters for families as has 3 Bathrooms (2 en suite) and a further cloakroom on the ground floor allowing the largest of families to never get caught short!

The property has plenty of space throughout and is matched with space outside, with 4 terrace/Balconies with views over the pool, the sea and Mountains, a poolside Patio and a lush Garden. Sunbeds are stored within the property which are available to use by the pool. Also on the poolside Patio is a built in Bar-b-q which is a fantastic way to pass the odd evening cooking your own local meats and Fresh Market Vegetables.

The house has modern fitments with simple decoration throughout. The Marble floors cool under foot and add to the Mediterranean feel.

The house is equiped for families, with one fold up cot and one buggy being supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integral oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave Oven and of course pots, Pans Etc… The washing machine can be found on the upper floor. Air Conditioning units can be found in all main rooms, keeping you cool in the evenings or simply for some respite from the Scorching Turkish Sun.

Marble floors can be found in the main living area giving a cooling effect under feet. The living area is equipped with T.V and DVD and also Satellite channels which are mostly local. The DVD player will also play your favourite CD’s so please feel free to bring your own films and music with you.

Further details outdoors:
The main Pool right outside the house has a bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Views including the sea and Mountains can be seen from the terraces/Balconies.

The Main Pool and children's pool are at your finger tips so children can easily be watched from the Patio. There is a poolside Bar which serves Soft and not so soft Drinks throughout the day and Evening. Walking through the Landscaped Gardens you will find the path to the beach which opens up a whole new world…

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Calis Beach and Promenade can be found within a 100 meters of the Seaside Resort and open up a wealth of Bars, Restaurants serving foods from around the world, various Shops, Beauty Salons, Tour centres and many many more things to see and visit.

The Strip will take you through to the main Centre of Calis were the night life comes alive if you prefer a not so quiet break away! And a vibrant shopping area throughout the day where clothes, Jewellery and gift items can be bought. The Market comes to Town Sundays where many other gift ideas can be found and the cheapest freshest Vegetables known to man!

The river Taxi will take you from this area across to Fethiye in 30mins and is a must do as is a refreshing and beautiful way to travel. I strongly Recommend the last Taxi back from Fethiye around 12 midnight which is peaceful and a great way to see the landscape lit up of an evening.

Along the waterfront In Fethiye are many boats for hire including the Island hoppers, which again is a real must. The Boat will take you out for a full day around 12 Islands allowing you to stop off, swim, sunbathe and you will also be fed all for around £10! a real must...

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Buses just outside the Seaside complex will take you to many Destinations including Fethiye main Town with its popular market place, Supermarkets for your bigger items and fresh meat, Fethiye main Town has many more Shops Bars and more traditional restaurants with a wonderful Mediterranean feel.

Buses will also take you too the next main Town of Hisaronou which is a more lively place should you fancy a busier night-life with many different Bars with a younger feel. The next resort along is Oludeniz with its famous Blue Lagoon, voted in the worlds top ten beaches.

Oludeniz is truly beautiful and again has many bars, Restaurants and shops to visit. If you are of brave nature, the best way to see Oludeniz and its Stunning Beach is from a Birds eye view via tandem Parascending! Yes Parascending...

Many Airports throughout the Uk will fly you direct to Dalaman Airport which is newly built and is very modern and welcoming.

Low fair Airlines including Easy jet and Thomas Cook fly there and offer very good rates for people with flexible dates in mind.

From Dalaman Airport there are Taxis waiting outside to take you to the Seaside resort on Calis Beach in a time of around 40mins. Alternativly you can pre book a reliable Taxi company before you go who will meet you there at Dalaman Airport and will charge you around the equivilent of £30
