About the home

Green Valley is situated on a high level valley set in a beautiful location overlooking Fethiye and the stunning Taurus Mountain Range. Located near four very different resorts: Fethiye centre & harbour is less than 1 km away, Oludeniz, Hisaronu and Calis are all within five to ten minutes dolmus (bus) ride away. A dolmus stops directly outside the complex regularly through out the day from early morning until late in the evening.

This duplex apartment consists of four bedrooms each fitted with air conditioning. It has two bathrooms, a large living and dining room area with air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. It also has a large balcony overlooking the pool with a brick barbecue, two balconies at the rear and a French balcony in the living area also overlooking the pool.
The apartment will accommodate up to eight people very comfortably: Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two sofas in the living area which will convert into two double beds allowing to accommodate up to a maximum of ten people.

The Green Valley complex has many facilities, designed around a kidney shaped pool with children's splash pool with plenty of sunloungers and parasols for you to relax and soak up the sun.
From the pool terrace you can get to the snack bar and pool bar that are open all day for your convenience, also for the more energetic there is a gym on site as well as a sauna, massage room and hamam / turkish bath.

Green Valley is suitable for families and groups of all ages.

The apartment is very large with two floors, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It has marble floors throughout and is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are fully equipped with wardrobes and plenty of drawspace. Air conditioning with climate control is provided in all bedrooms and the living area, they will provide heat if required for winter breaks.
A television, DVD Player, playstation 2, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron/ board, clothes airer & bath towels are some of the things we provide to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Conditions

Reservation & Cancellation Policy :

1. Non-returnable deposit of £150 reserves the apartment and the balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
2. If cancellation is 12 weeks - 8 weeks before your departure date you will receive a full refund.
3. If cancellation is 8 weeks - 4 weeks before your departure date you will receive 50% of the final balance.
4. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before your departure date you will not receive a refund.

Refundable breakages deposit - £100 will be required 4 weeks before arrival date - Returned after inspection of apartment by local representative & all keys / hire equipment returned.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Based around the resort of Fethiye in the heart of the ancient Lycia, the region offers an amazing range of attractions to cater for all tastes and budgets.
Relax on beautiful beaches surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of mountains, gorges and forests. Tread in the footsteps of Alexander the Great, through the magnificent ruins of great Lycian cities.
We recommend you hire a car during your stay as there is so much to see and do in the area, but it is not essential because of a very cheap and efficient dolmus service (most common form of transport in Turkish cities and towns). A dolmus stops directly outside the complex regularly through out the day from early morning until late in the evening.

The Fethiye area

There are four very different resorts here all next to each other:

Fethiye:
This is an ancient Lycian town with relics dating back to the 4th century BC. Set against the magnificient backdrop of the Taurus Mountains and surrounded by a beautiful island-strewn bay, the town is now a vibrant holiday destination. The picturesque old quarter is packed with bazaar-style shops, restaurants and bars. A wide range of boat trips are available at the nearby waterfront. A peaceful marina and promenade, where you can pick up the hydrofoil to Rhodes. Every Tuesday there is a local market in the town where food, housewares and souveneirs may be bought.
Oludeniz:
Home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. With crystal clear still waters the lagoon is perfect for families. There are many places to eat & drink and full of entertainment like beach volley ball, waterskiing, parascending and scuba diving. Oludeniz is one of the most ideal places in the world for paragliding.
In the main town the seafront is crammed with gift shops, bars and restaurants.
Hisaronu:
A mountain resort just a few minutes Dolmus ride from Fethiye. Lively and bright it's packed with shops, nightclubs and the resort's speciality - restaurants catering for every taste!
Calis:
A beach resort with spectacular views across Fethiye bay to Sovalye island and the most amazing sunsets. Restaurants and terrace bars line the beach road which is closed to traffic during the summer. There are local shops and a water park with plenty of slides which is worth a visit.

Fly to Dalaman - We can arrange transfers to the apartment for only £90 return for up to 8 passengers. Transfer time is approx 40 minutes.
Alternatively there are always local taxis available outside airport. Directions are provided in information pack.
Fly to Antalya, transfer time is approx 3 hours

“quiet, relaxing holiday but quite isolated.” Whilst we had a good holiday overall, the 4 bedroom property is far superior to the 3 bed appartment that we stayed in. Our accommodation was very basic, no linen/towels changed during our 16 days, the restaurant and turkish bath were not open which we were not notified of before. We mainly had the swimming pool to ourselves which was nice and quiet. The dolmus bus did stop outside but only goes to Fethiye and does not run in the evening. Its a 15/20 minute walk to get the bus to Hisaronu or Olu Deniz and to be honest with 6 of us and 2 kids on laps, it was just as cheap to get taxi to and from door. Our group consisted of the following ages 66, 65, 48,41, 16, 15 ,3 and 18 months and therefore because of the dolmus it was a bit isolated to get around, we did manage to walk to Fethiye Town but it took 45 minutes! Overall we had a good holiday and if you are looking for a quiet holiday then its fine but we had not budgeted/planned to spend as much on the dolmus/taxis to get about. If you are staying here make sure you get 4 bed apartment as 3 bed apartment certainly comes nowhere near it.
