Nice quiet location on the outskirts of Tasyaka/Patlangic with a short walk to dolmus stops and the Saturday Market. Shops across the road for daily essentials. It's easy to get to nightlife areas and beaches, whilst also offering peace and quiet when needed. .

Fethiye is a Mediterranean town of unique beauty with its climate, natural attractions and cultural heritage. Fethiye town has everything you need for a rich and varied holiday, with its beautiful harbour, many shops, restaurants, bars and a wealth of historical and cultural sights.

Fethiye / Tasyaka area
Fethiye bazaar, with its narrow, shady streets and tiny squares makes shopping and dining out an enjoyable treat. The nearby Oludeniz Lagoon and Belcekiz beach are known as "the blue paradise" all over the world due to their natural beauty. The stunning beach is surrounded by tall mountains thick with pine forests leading down to the long sandy beach. More recently Olu Deniz became a centre for paragliding.
Calis Beach is the best place to watch the sun go down, with 4km of beach and cool evening breeze during the long, hot summer months. During the day the warm seas are perfect for a host of water sports.
Hisaronu is situated between Olu Deniz and Fethiye. It is located 450m above sea level and so benefits from the fresh mountain air. There are many shops, restaurants and bars staying open well into the early hours of the morning.
There are many quiet, hidden bays around Fethiye such as the lovely Katrangi bay, great for sunbathing and relaxing. Historically there are many sites such as the ghost village of Kayakoy, ruins at Letoon the gorge of Saklikent (45km), and the many boat trips will take you to places such as Butterfly Island, Cleopatra's Bay and many more.
There are many horseriding locations including ponies for young riders and waterparks located at Hisaronu and Calis.

Further details indoors: 2yr old apartment so in great condition, neutral and relaxing. Light and airy apartment with double patio doors in the living area to create a welcoming breeze. Upon entering the apartment you are met with an internal door leading to the bathroom (shower), bedroom, and kitchen/living area. Upstairs you will find the two larger bedrooms, storage area and bathroom with both bath and shower. There is plenty of storage space in the apartment.
Facilities for younger children available, such as bed rail, car booster seat, stairgates, games etc.
Two adult bikes available
Further details outdoors: Shared pool for the six apartments (though always quiet with several being empty at one time). Two sunloungers. Marbled area around pool to allow sunbathing etc. Grassed gardens. Parking next to apartments wall (enough for up to 4 cars). Canal/stream running alongside apartment.
Conditions
Due to being on the top two levels, some elderly guests may find the staircase leading up to the apartment too much to cope with - there are external steps and then two flights of stairs.
Smokers MUST smoke outside on the balconies etc and not in the apartment.

We arrived at 11pm to be pleasantly surprised at the size and space in this three bedroom apt. The first week there was only two of us and the second week a third person came to stay, we all had a room each and space to do our own thing. With the first bedroom on the main floor with its own balcony and a further two bedrooms upstairs one with a fantastic sun terrace( with hammock ) we all had room in the mornings or evenings when getting ready to go out, especially with two bathroom's both with showers and the upstairs one with a bath. With a great balcony leading off the lounge area we was spoilt for choice of eating in the cool of the apt or on the balcony enjoying the slight evening breeze. The apt was well equipped with all that was needed if you wanted to eat in, with a large fridge and freeze on hand. Also the added benefit of having a washing machine meant we didn't have to take as many clothes with us and left room for all the extra's we wanted to take home and needed to fit in to the luggage allowance. The swimming pool was always sparkling clean and was big enough for the amount of people who sat around the pool in the afternoons. All in all the apt was the perfect base for a holiday in the Fethiye area and within easy travelling distance ( on the Dolmus ) to get to the other resorts. I will be recommending this apt to my family and friends as it was very good value for money. Tracey Kilinc
