About the home

The cottage is equipped with everything you need and furnished to a high standard.It is detached and has a large private terrace and gardens.There is a local shop 1 minute away,only 5 mins away there are supermarkets and authentic Turkish restaurants.

Leading from the hall is the living room ,its is large and spacious and comfortably furnished with a pull out sofa bed and stone fire place.
The kitchen leads from the living room,it has a table and chairs and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The bedroom is large and has a double bed as well as plenty of storage space,leading from this is the large en -suite shower room with electric shower for hot water.All linen is fresh and clean.
All rooms are air-conditioned.Smoke alarm in hall.
Please note Gunluk cottage can also be rented with Gunluk house 3 bedroomed apartment close by.
Owner is close by so will meet you when you arrive and depart, is avaliable for any information you require to have a good holiday.
Shared pool you can use at the hotel across the road if you fancy a swim or sun bathing.

This property is not on a complex and has private gardens and terrace.the owner lives close by who can help you with any enquires.There is a private drive if you wish to park your car.

The Turkish coast is one of the most beautiful areas in which to relax and unwind. The backdrop of the Taurus mountains, beautiful beaches and crystal turquoise water, stunning scenery and numerous places of historical interest and culture all make this a fantastic holiday destination. The area has something for everyone, white water rafting, paragliding horse riding, Dalyan mud and the historical sites. The choice is endless and you will visit time and time again.

The Fethiye / Calis area

The beach is located a short distance from the house. It has beautiful sunsets and cooling breezes. The bustling town of Fethiye is easily reached with the local bus service. The world renowned resort of Olu-Deniz or the Blue lagoon with its sheltered beach is only a short distance away with its shops and restaurants. There are the ancient ruins of Cadianda or unspoilt villages of Uzumlu or the Sklikent gorge or mud baths at Dalyan.

“Excellent cottage well placed within Turkish community but close enough to near by calis” Well equipped cottage friendly and helpful owners. Easy access to calis either on foot or by the dolmus. A must is a visit to the local market on a Sunday, and a boat trip to Fethyie. Although no pool at the property the local hotel is happy for you to use theirs, if you wish. We would certainly recommend this cottage if you like to cook local food and are interested in local village life. Response: Excellent guests enjoyed cooking Turkish food and experienced local Turkish living.Would welcome them back again any time.This is their second visit and have booked again for next year.

We love this cottage and have stayed for a month this time.It is close to all amenities it is in the real Turkey where you can eat cheaply and well.Cant wait to go back.
