About the home

A very spacious three bedroomed first floor duplex apartment situated in Calis Beach, within easy walking distance of Calis beach and numerous international restaurants, bars and shops.

Situated on the 1st floor this duplex apartment is ideal for all. From the entrance hall you walk through the hallway into the open plan lounge and dining area and fully equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar, and separate dining table. Also located on the ground floor is a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower/toilet room. Patio doors lead from both the master bedroom and lounge onto a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.

The first floor includes a further large twin bedroom, toilet and shower room and a second kitchen area, patio doors lead onto a further large terrace overlooking the pool. Ideal to sit and watch the glorious sunsets.

All rooms have air-conditioning and are finished to a high standard in order for you to feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including washing machine and microwave.

Tv is for DVD only. (no tv stations availalbe)

Safe is provided, all windows and door are fitted with security locks.
Cot is available for hire - if required please just ask.

Further details outdoors:
The surrounding gardens have been well maintained with established plants and are an abundance of colour. There is 24 hour security. The apartments on the complex share a large swimming and toddler pool.

Large private terrace with table and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor dining, sunbeds belonging to the apartment are also available.

All windows and doors are fitted with child proof/security locks.

General - Apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, 24 hour helpline available to our english agents, for our guests that enjoy a two week stay a weekly bed linen and towel change is included,
We can arrange airport transfers for you, either by car or minibus depending on number of people.
Transfers are arranged through our sister company Guide Tours who are a registered TURSAB member and are fully insured.
We can also provide some essentials for you for your arrival. A full shop can be undertaken for you - please enquire when booking.
If you do not fancy hiring a car and driving yourselves we can arrange a mini bus or car, with your own driver, to take you where ever you want to visit, no need to rush, just spend as much time as you want at the local beauty spots. We can also arrange minibus hire/car hire for you either for collection at the airport or delivered to the apartment.

Also we can arrange any trips and excursions for you with free return transfers from the apartment. Trips and Excursions are provided through our sister company Guide Tours. These can be booked prior to arrival. Book two or more and receive the Olu Deniz Boat trip free - A great day out. For details please just ask.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Calis beach is located a short distance from the bustling town of Fethiye, which can be reached by dolmus (turkish bus), water taxis or by a gentle stroll along the sea front. Calis has a cooling breeze and is on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast line where each resort offers you a warm welcome and excellent facilties.

The world renown resort of Olu Deniz 'the blue lagoon' with its sheltered beach and lagoon is a short distance away and is Hisaronu with it's lively nightlife and abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Slightly further away are the ancient ruins of Cadianda and unspoilt turkish villages such as Uzumlu. Or why not visit Saklikent Gorge famous for rafting, or relax in a mud bath at Dalayan. The choices of attractions are endless.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis boasts 6km of shoreline and is significant for nesting turtles. Why not enjoy an evening meal along the shoreline and watch the stunning sunset.

Visit the large Sunday market in Calis or on Tuesday the Fethiye Market and haggle for all of your bargains, or wander around the many shops in Fethiye whilst stopping to enjoy lunch at one of the many harbour restaurants or enjoy freshly cooked fish at the famous indoor fish market.

Keep both the children and yourselves happy by taking the visit to the Calis Aqua Park, or on one of the many boat trips.

Book one of the many trips and visit other areas like Marmaris, Kas and Kalkan, Saklikent Gorge or Dalyan the choices are endless. Calis is ideally situated to enable you to enjoy all of the attractions or just sit around the pool or on the beach and relax!

We all enjoyed our holiday and the apartment was great as usual. My elderly brother and sister in law in their 70s have never been to Turkey before and thought it was great, they could not get over the apartment and thought it was excellent. We will definitely be booking for next year.

what a lovely apartment the pictures do not do it justice lovely size plenty of room for six people we have already booked for next year to stay at summer apartments karen was so helpful in anything we needed and the pool is a brilliant size with no worries over it getting over crowded see you next year.

The apartment is superb. the pictures on the holiday-lettings website don't do it justice. Very well equipped, spacious, we loved eating outside on the first floor terrace.
Closed to all shops, restaurants, beach, simply great! The complex is very well kept. Pool was clean all the time although I must admit we preferred going to the sea

Once again a fabulous holiday in Calis, Summer Apartment is like our second home, five years running and we keep coming back.

Apartment is spacious, well equipped and maintained, and location is excellent. Can’t fault the property, the area and the locals are so friendly.
