About the home

Seaside 8A is a beautiful ground floor apartment in the beautiful beachfront Seaside Residence in Calis Beach. The spacious apartment is ideally located in the complex; facing the pool and the sea. Shops, markets, restaurants, and all amenities are nearby. The apartment offers amazing sea views from its relaxing garden terrace.

Apart from this one, we have got another apartment upstairs. It is a 2 storey apartment of 2 bedroom and 2 lounges. One of the lounges has a double sofa bed so that it is availbale for sleeps 6. You can see this second apartment with the home code SS10 in our own web site of JoyLettings.

Shops, markets, restaurants, bars Surfing & Water Sports Club and the lively promenade along the beach start just at few minutes waking distance from the complex. Lively centre of Calis is at 10 minutes walking distance for more fun and late nights. You can take the Dolmus (local transports) passing by the complex every 5 minutes to all directions like Fethiye, Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon), Hisaronu, etc.

Conditions

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Two weeks might not be enough to see and taste all beauties in our area of blue and green.

Calis Beach is a famous beach resort in the area, became a town centre its own now as it has got all. Calis Beach is famous with picturesque sunset, sea breeze and the 3 km long beach promenade. Restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and all for relaxing and fun are both along the promenade and in lively centre of Calis. The main town Fethiye is 4 km away. You can visit there for a difference, by water shuttle as well.

Boat trips, Water Park, Water sports, Jeep Safari, Paragliding, Diving, Fishing, Sailing, Trekking, Horse Riding, Sightseeing Tours and so on. Other beach and entertainment resorts are available at 5-15 km drive, easily accessible by frequent local transports.
