Situated in the authentic Turkish village of Gunlukbasi, you can experience the real Turkey. Calis beach is only a 5 min bus ride away with its amazing sunsets. The bustling market town of Fethiye has its traditional bazaar and famous Tuesday market,marina and charming restaurants are easily reached by local bus.The beautiful Olu Deniz resort or blue lagoon is close by.The rooms in the house are spacious and well funished giving it a homely feel.The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need for a self-catering holiday.If you dont feel like cooking there are near by lokantas which serve inexpensive traditional Turkish food.The local market 5minutes away and is on every Sunday where you can buy fresh food,fruit and vegetables.

The Turquoise coast is one of the most beautiful areas in which to relax and unwind.from the backdrop of the Taurus mountains to the coast with its beautiful beaches and crystal turquoise water,stunning scenery and numerous places of historical interest and culture. The area has something for everyone white water rafting ,paragliding, horse riding, Dalyan mud baths and the historical site of Epheus. The choice is endless it will have you visit time after time.
Fethiye / Calis area
The beach is located a short distance from the house.It has beautiful sunsets and always has cooling breezes.The bustling town of Fethiye can be easily reached with the local bus service. The world renown resort of Olu Deniz or the Blue Logoon with its sheltered beach is only a short distance away with its many shops bars and restaurants. there are the ancient ruins of Cadianda,unspoilt villages of Uzumlu or the Saklikent gorge or mud baths at Dalyan.

Further details indoors: The house is equipped with everything you need and furnished to a high standard.There is a local shop 1 minute away with supermarkets and authentic Turkish restaurants 5mins walk away.Other local shops and restaurants can be located at Calis a 5 min bus ride away.
The house has 2 balconies and all rooms lead off the hallway.There are 3 large bedrooms one has a king size bed,the other a double and the other 2 single beds.There is a large shower room and toilet and a utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for self catering. The living room has a sofa bed and dining for 6 and the balcony leads off the living room with stunning mountain views. Although no pool you can use the hotel pool across the road if you fancy a swim or sunbathing.
Further details outdoors: This property is not on a complex and has private gardens and the owner lives underneath. There is a private drive if you wish to park your car.

Please bring your own beach towels if you are staying for a longer period cleaning can be arranged through the owner. Please report any breakages to the owner. long term lets are avaliable please phone owner for quote. 45 units of electricity are provided per week anything over this will be charged for.

Guestbook for Gunluk house
We stayed last summer and had a lovely time,the house is comfortable like a home from home. mr and mrs l hamilton. wonderful to have a garden ,had our own bbq,rooms are big and comfortable had a very happy holiday here,we will be back. Mr and Mrs C.Scargill. were well looked after by Fiona and her mum. great time seeing the real Turkey,people,food and customs.house was everthing we wanted and more. The Wilson family
