Stylishly furnished, this fully air conditioned spacious villa is across 3 floors and set in it's own private garden with a private pool. Palm Villa was built in 2010. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, local transport and corner shops are just 5 minutes walk away and the beach is a further 10 minutes walk away.
The villa is perfectly designed to provide shade from the heat of the summer sun whilst allowing sun worshippers plenty of space to lounge in it's warmth.
Bedrooms - There are 3 large bedrooms all with; front facing balconies with pool views and en-suite bathrooms with very large double showers, bedside drawers, wardrobes, full length mirrors, marble floors and beautiful full length curtains. All bathrooms have stylish travertine tiled walls.
Master Bedroom - "Penthouse Suite" with a king size bed, a single bed, fitted wardrobes, a large private roof terrace overlooking tree covered hills. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi corner bath and seperate shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed, two round windows to the east, en-suite with large double shower.
Bedroom 3 - Triple bedded room, west facing Juliet balcony in addition to the one at the front. En- suite with large double shower.
Ground floor – A large and light open plan room has doors opening out to the private shaded terrace by the pool. The very modern kitchen area has high gloss white fitted units, granite worktops and granite breakfast bar with two bar stools. The lounge area has two modern sofa's, dining area with seating for 8, hall with store cupboards and coat rack, full length mirror, separate toilet with sink.
Outside - The villa is surrounded by a walled garden growing; Palm trees, lemon, orange and peach trees, Mediterranean flora, a small lawn and bougainvillea growing in abundance. There is a private pool with circular steps into the pool from the spacious sun patio which also has an outside shower. To keep children safe, access to the pool from the villa is via a lockable pedestrian access gate.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Calis is a few minutes drive from Fethiye ( cheap local mini buses run every few minutes or you can take a boat Dolmus in the summer months ). Calis is a beach resort with a nice promenade full of friendly restaurants and bars.
Calis is a quiet resort but it still has its fair share of restaurants, shops and bars, the long beach is a favourite with holidaymakers because it doesn't get too crowded and there is a constant sea breeze. The famous 'Caretta Turtles' come to this beach to lay their eggs so if you keep your eyes peeled you may catch sight of one.
Small water park nearby and also in Hisaronu. Nice and flat so easy to walk or cycle and always with fabulous mountain and island views
The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Fethiye this popular resort boasts an important marina at the head of a beautiful bay strewn with islands. A hill crowned by the ruins of the crusader fortress built by the Knights of Rhodes overlooks the little port. Above the town are numerous Lycian rock tombs, reproducing the facades of ancient buildings, were cut into the cliff face. The Tomb of Amyntas, which probably dates from the fourth century B.C. is the most remarkable. Fethiye is a local harbour town .
The town is open all year round and has become very popular over the last ten years with holiday makers. There is also a very Turkish feel to Fethiye as most of the locals have lived here all their lives so it really is a case of East meets West. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars to choose from in Fethiye. Some of the bars and tea houses are situated alongside the harbour and its not unheard of for the Turkish and British people alike to sit and while away the hours, over drinks, playing board games and cards or just chatting whilst taking in the fantastic views of the Taurus Mountains, which in the winter months have snow on the peaks.
Try the famous Tuesday market or a boat trip to the many islands and hidden beaches and valleys, buy a fresh mixed juice and a "tost" (cheese and spicy sausage toasty ) from near the cultural centre.....fabulous !
Hisaronu is a ten minute drive from Fethiye and you reach this charming hill resort ( it means 'Front of the Castle', and refers to a local ruin) . In recent years the resort has become very popular with British visitors, and the shops, restaurants, and bars cater extensively for your needs. An ideal place for walkers, visit the nearby deserted village or 'ghost town' of Kayakoy, or walk in the quite secluded forests nearby.
Oludeniz- if you've ever been into a travel agents offering holidays to Turkey then you've probably seen pictures of Oludeniz. The lagoon features on a multitude of posters, postcards and brochure pages. It's not surprising as the characteristic shape of the coastline here has resulted in a unique stretch of glorious beach and the inevitable development of the little village has been fairly restrained. Ovacik is an extension of Hisaronu, a village set in the mountains, it is also a very popular tourist resort in the summer months. It is a ten minute drive away from the large town of Fethiye. All the properties are set in the Mountains so you can be sure of waking to picturesque views of the nearby hills and mountains.
Mount Babadaga (Father Mountain) the second largest mountain in the area is situated here and is very popular with paragliders from all over the world. The road to Belcegiz Bay takes you through the mountains with seeking mountain scenery. Ocakkoy is the mountain village that is a must see, enjoy the numerous trekking possibilities. Explore the bay and the beautiful Blue Lagoon, Olu Deniz, where the calm, crystal clear water is ideal for swimming and other water sports. The Blue Lagoon is one of the best places in the world to do absolutely nothing except soak up the sun amid stunning natural surroundings. From Mt. Baba (1,969 m), you can watch a sky full of para-gliders glide into the Blue Lagoon or have a coffee or cool beer on Belcegiz beach much safer ! . Intoxicating scenery surrounds Kidirak's beach and shady park.
On Gemiler Island (St Nicholas's Island), Byzantine ruins lie tucked among the pines. South of Kidirak beach, Koturumsu Bay is reachable only by boat. Beyond the idyllic beach, a forest, waterfalls and a valley filled with hundreds of varieties of butterflies await the explorer. High in the mountains above Fethiye rushing torrents cut a narrow gorge through the mountains, creating Saklikent (Hidden City) get there with a cheap boat trip from Fethiye marina.

Fly into Dalaman airport. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire or a taxi for you. Taxi's are £35 each way for up to 3 people, a mini bus can be arranged for groups of 4 to 7 at a cost of £40 and for 8 - 14 people at a cost of £55 each way. Car hire is from £25 per day.

We had a great weeks holiday last September with friends at Palm Villa. The bedrooms are spacious all with large en-suites, better than some hotels giving us all privacy. The spacious living area and modern american style kitchen was a dream - better than home. The gardens are maturing giving privacy and vibrant colours. We enjoyed many barbecues sitting on the terrace overlooking the pool which gave welcome shade from the hot turkish summer sun. The villa is in a peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes walk from the local shops and dolmus. We enjoyed trips to Saklikent and Olu Deniz and the local beaches and water taxi into Fethiye. Calis Sunday Market is a must for supplies and also the freshly squeezed orange juice and turkish pancakes- delicious. All in all a great holiday in a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We loved the villa from the moment we arrived! It is private and relaxing with it's own swimming pool, garden and terrace. The villa is well equipped- particularly the kitchen, every detail has been thought of. We had 4 children (including a teenager!) and an elderly relative with us, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, and we had plenty of room. We rented a car but didn't need it much- as walking/ cycling and busing are easy! Infact we rented bikes locally, which was great as the roads are quiet. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the market (a must do!) There is so much to see and do in the area, that we plan to return.It would have to be 'Palm Villa'- as it was so lovely, and made our holiday very special. We spent a week at Palm Villa in July and were very impressed with it. The villa is virtually new and is in immaculate condition. All the appliances were clean and worked perfectly, the bathrooms are very modern and showers were great. The beach and local shops are a short walk away but the area is very peaceful. The pool and patio area were cleaned and maintained daily and we spent much of the week relaxing by the pool. We very much hope to go back again and would highly recommend Palm Villa to anyone.
