About the home

Fully Air Conditioned throughout, beautifully furnished and comes with all mod cons, Peace Villa's are located just a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade (400m). Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the beautiful town and harbour of Fethiye and less than 30 minutes via Dolmus from the spectacular beaches of Ole Deniz.

The nearest Super Market is only 150m, a Water Park 150m, Tennis Courts only 50m.The Villa benefits from a very large shared pool, with a separate pool for smaller children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace overlooking the pool with brick barbecue for those who love al fresco dining.

The secluded gardens that surround the huge pool are beautifully maintained all year round, the pool and its surrounding area are cleaned every morning and all your rubbish will be collected daily from outside your door.

* An English friend who lives locally will be on hand to answer any questions and to quickly deal with any problems.

Conditions

* Strictly no smoking in the Villa except on the balconies and terrace area's
*25% deposit on booking, with the balance paid by no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* Minor breakages are expected (a cup, a plates etc) though a refundable breakages/damage deposit of £200.00 GBP is required with the balance payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

The combination of stunning scenery, tremendous beaches and numerous ancient sites makes the Turquoise Coast of Turkey the perfect place for whatever type of holiday your planning. From relaxing at Calis Beach just 400m away or the stunning Blue Lagoon beaches at Olu Deniz or even scuba diving/fishing out of the harbour at Fethiye, there is something for everyone and the local people are some of the friendliest in the world.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis (pronounced "Chalish"), is a quiet yet busy holiday resort, with a seemingly endless beach. Bars and restaurants line the beach area, which is block paved along the seafront. The resort is very flat, so is ideal for people with mobility restrictions. Calis has it's own waterpark too. Parts of the beach are also popular with the local turtle population, who come in to lay their eggs in the sand.

Calis also boasts two very natural attractions - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months, and the other one is - Calis is famous for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the World. Fethiye town is only 5km away and can be visited via dolmus or a relaxing taxi boat to the harbour.

“Superb villa in an ideal location run by friendly and helpful owners - the weather helped too” The location of the villa was ideal with only a 10 minute walk to the beach and less to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. The dolmus to Fethiye ran past the entrance to the complex which was also very handy. The villa itself was immaculately clean and well presented and the pool is a generous size. Everything we could think of was catered for and Sue was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

“A home from home in the sun” A home from home in the sun. The position is idea (10 mins to the beach), the villa is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has all the home comforts you could wish for and plenty of room. The pool is very clean and a nice size, the local shops (there is one on the doorstep) sell all your immediate needs. We have booked to return in October so that should speak for itself.

Please Note: Unless unoccupied on the day of your arrival, the villa will not be available until 1pm, similarly if another family are arriving on the day of your departure, you must vacate by 12 midday, though you can leave your suitcases at the villa until you leave. This allows us to clean and prepare the villa for the arriving family. If it is not occupied, then you can take posession as soon as you arrive, but that cannot be guaranteed at time of booking as someone may make a booking at a later date.
