This beautiful detached villa has many luxury fitments and includes a 40m2 Private Swimming Pool with safety non- slip floor covering, landscaped gardens & Free Internet connection. The villa is situated in a quiet location within a 10 minute flat walk to the beach or a 2 minute dolmus (bus) ride. A short drive to the picturesque mountains & traditional turkish village of Uzumlu.

The villa is one of 8 Exclusive properties with panoramic Mountain views, within easy walking distance to Calis Beach & the wonderful promenade walk to the local town of Fethiye. Calis beach offers many water sports including kite & wind surfing with International instructors at the local windsurfing cafe on the beach. Calis has a water taxi service across to Fethiye or you can take the local domus (bus) service from the end of the road. Calis has good local amenities, shops & restaurants with a lively night life for all ages.All you need on your doorstep!

Fethiye is a vibrant town with local bazzars,shops, restaurants, cinema, nightclubs in a beautiful setting with a large marina of boats offering day trips & excursions around the 12 Islands, Butterfly valley, Blue bays,Rhodes, Marmaris, Pammukale, Cappadocia,Gocek, Kalkan, Patara Beach and Gulet hire. There are several excellent diving school boats available at the marina for hire for beginners or the more advance diver. Paragliding, Wind & Kite surfing is also available locally.

Fly into Dalaman airport, we can arrange private transfers, car hire or a taxi. Transfers are £12.50 each way per person for 4 or more. Car hire can be arranged from £23.00 per day approximately. Exact cost will be quoted on application.
If you are driving we can provide detailed instructions from the airport by E mail or mail. The transfer time is approximately 40min.
