This villa has a direct sea view, which most on the development do not as they have an internal aspect.
Built to a very high specification with large balcony and two large sun terraces, all south facing.
A quiet and peaceful location, yet only a short walk from the bustling Calis beach restaurants, shops and bars. The local domus (bus) stops right outside Sunset Beach complex. Beach facilities from the adjacent Surf Shack include, kite surfing, windsurfing and can arrange nearby scuba diving, jet ski and para gliding.

Turquoise coast, famous for striking scenery, backing on to lush green mountains, clear warm turquoise waters and traditional Turkish towns and villages.
The area is perfectly located to enjoy the tourist attractions of Dalyan mud baths, Olu Deniz with its famous Blue Lagoon and paragliding, Saklikent Gorge and the deserted Greek town of Kayakoy. Renowned for one of the healthiest climates in the world.
The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
A short bus or water taxi ride to the traditional Harbour town of Fethiye, with its daily bazaars, vibrant night-life, fish market and twice weekly outdoor market. Numerous waterside shops and restaurants, daily fishing, sightseeing and Gullet boat trips.
Calis beach is a relaxed and friendly resort, famous for its stunning sunsets. A pedestrian boulevard with varied shops bars and restaurants all within close proximity of Sunset Beach Club. Local Sunday market. Local tourist agencies for organised trips, car and quad bike hire.
Trips include horse riding, boat fishing, Jeep safari, quad safari, scuba diving, paragliding and numerous watersports.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely villa. From the minute we arrived for our weeks holiday to the time we left we all agreed we had a fantastic holiday Having our own pool was a bonus for those early morning, late evening swims... just great. it was easy to get around using the Dolmus, taxis and walking. Restaurants in Chalis all great. Recommend Bella Mamas. Would recommend your villa and Chalis Beach to friends. Hope to return next year. Thanks again Harris family . |

This was the second time we have returned to Oyster Villa 1 at Sunset Beach Club and again we were not disappointed. The villa is gorgeous and well fitted out and the addition of more sunbathing space around the pool was a real improvement. There is the option of an all-inclusive food and drink package but although we sneaked a peak, it looked a bit basic and we preferred doing our own thing and going to one of the local restaurants every evening. The beach was looking a bit less cared for than last year, and there were a lot more Turkish families on site. However we discovered the Surf Club which is located to the right of Sunset Beach, where we were able to sit on sunbeds and cushions, whilst watching the kiteboarders, and have food and drink brought to us by the wonderful Ozzie and his team. We also ate at the Surf Club on several nights, including the BBQ night, and have to say that it was the best tasting, and probably best value, food in the whole of Calis. The Friday night BBQ, with fire dancers, belly dancer and disco, were the highlight of the holiday, and our three girls (9, 9 and 5) had a ball. We'll be booking our return visit for next year ASAP. |

Stunning villa and complex. Loved Calis and cannot wait to return. Site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Superb location for enjoying Turkey to the full. Must try Fethiye fish market!
