The apartment has fantastic sea views from the terrace and from the living room windows. The site is in a very peaceful area of Calis, has its own private beach with free sun loungers and parasols, 3 large swimming pools with children's pool, heated indoor pool and a gym. There is also a little grocery shop on site for your daily needs.
This modernly decorated brand new apartment that is on ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with main bedroom en suite. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. As well as an inside dining area that will comfortably seat 6 people, there is a large table in the terrace for al-fresco dining looking over a beautiful sunset.
You will find cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, glassware. Bedlinen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment also has LCD TV with satellite TV that includes English channels.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Originally Fethiye was known as Telmessos and there are still remains and an amphitheatre from the Lycian period. Fethiye is a lively town of around 65.000 inhabitants. It is the perfect mix of a sophisticated and ethnic life for living and for holidays.
The town has area called paspatur which is a bazaar area catering for the needs of all tourists with real atmosphere. The main street and all side streets are full of big and small traders in everything you can possibly imagine.
Right in the centre of town is a combined permanent fish, fruit and vegetable market. Tuesday is the big market in Fethiye. Maybe 500-700 traders all selling their wares. Access to Fethiye town from Calis is by water taxi (dolmus boat) which runs every 30 minutes and entails a beautiful trip across the bay for around £1. By road you can also catch a minibus (dolmus) which leaves every few minutes for a few pence.
Temperature is around 86-105F (30-40C) during summer. If you feel adventurous you can go to Oludeniz and go for Paragliding. Climbing to the Mount Babadag (1400-1700m) with the Jeeps, you'll prepare for the flight which will take about 30-45 minutes. You will land on the white sand of Oludeniz Beach.
Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis Beach is a quiet yet busy holiday resort with stunning views (and spectacular sunsets) across the bay of Sovalye Island and Fethiye seemingly endless beach.
Calis is the main beach area for bustling lively town of Fethiye. It stretches over 4 km with a promenade flanked by the beach on one side, restaurant and cafes on the other. Here is a place to relax, swim or snorkel in warm seas, sunbathe or relax in a cafe in a casual relaxed atmosphere.
How to get there
Transfers can be arranged from-to Dalaman Airport on your behalf. One way transfer for 3 people is approximately £30. One way transfer for parties for 4 or more is approximately £35. A welcome pack can be provided upon request at £10. This includes, water, soft drink, eggs, cheese, olives, toilet roll, coffee, tea. Car rental can also be organised for approximately £25 a day.
