*****CANCELLATION SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS £399 per week******This Forest Valley apartment is a new top floor PREMIUM luxury duplex situated in a five unit complex in the beautiful beach resort of Calis. Just a short walk from the beach, the apartment has easy access to all amenities including all the excellent restaurants Calis has to offer, the local markets, aqua park, water taxi etc. A ten minute bus ride away by the Dolmus (which stops right outside the apartment on the hour) will take you into the beautiful town of Fethiye which boasts a fantastic bay surrounded by a ring of 12 islands. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is on two levels, first and second floor. The top floor consists of a spectacular large lounge beautifully furnished, it has it's own high balcony with fantastic views and overlooking the pool, three bedrooms in all that sleep six comfortably, One double and two twin, each with with their own large private balcony and both with full pool view. There is one fully tiled bathroom and one luxurious wet room, both with showers and one with full size bathtub: an open planned kitchen and dining room with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer, washing machine and with the added benefit of a fresh drinking water dispenser (with cooler). There are six balconies in total all with lovely views and a built in BBQ on the main balcony with beautiful wicker furniture for those chilled romantic evenings. A child cot and high chair are also available(must be requested) and a built in safe for your valuables. The complex is private with on site security and benefits from 24 hour CCTV. FREE WI-FI AND SATELITE TV - This apartment comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

In all of the bedrooms there is bedroom furniture i.e drawers and wardrobes, The lounge is exceptionally large with comfortable seating and quality furniture, TV, DVD and CD player. The lounge leads out onto a wonderfully high balcony for watching those evening sunsets. The kitchen/dining area is reached by a lovely circular staircase from the lounge and the main bathroom leads from the lounge and is fully tiled with a full size bathtub. The second bathroom which is a designer wet room is on the first floor situated between the twin and double bedrooms fully tiled with power shower etc. The dining room/kitchen boast three separate balconies, where you can dine outside or barbecue.

A cool ice fresh water dispenser provided (no need to lug heavy bottles of water)

Tea & Coffee provided (Milk provided to replenish)

This is a no smoking apartment. (smoking only permitted on balconys (doors must be closed at all times)

Apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs as there is a small flight of stirs to the front door and it is a two storey apartment with a large staircase connecting floors.

A booking deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required at time of booking. A refundable security deposit (for breakages/damage etc) of £75 is also required, which will be refunded (subjuect to satisfactory property/laundry inspection) approx 4-6 weeks after your return.

Balance payable 10 weeks prior to travelling with refundable security deposit. Late cancellation fees will apply. Contract applies as soon as booking form returned.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Calis (pronounced Chalis) is a beach resort with spectacular views and stunning sunsets situated just a short distance from Fethiye on the South west of Turkey, It makes a fantastic holiday choice as it is situated amongst the mountains and the sea, offering a lovely refreshing breeze all year round. The area is one of breathtaking scenery and natural beauty and exceptional weather.
The climate is good all year round with temperatures ranging from 16' in January to 40' in July and August

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Along the Calis seafront there is a pedestrian boulevard, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere here is very informal and relaxed making it ideal for sun worshipers, couples or families. Daily activities include a selection of water sports, a family day out at the aqua park, horse riding amongst the mountains or along the beach, maybe visiting the magnificient beach at Patara where the turtles breed. There are any number of Turkish baths which is quite an experience, Oludeniz and the Blue lagoon (one of the most photographed beaches in Turkey), are only a short bus trip away and here you can enjoy paragliding over the magnificent bay or soaking up the sun in one of the most beautiful places around. Another excellent day out is one of the many boat trips, (which are incredibly cheap and excellent value for money), enjoying the wonderful food which is prepared endlessly for you, whilst you dive off the boat into the warm turquoise seas. If history is your interest you will not be disappointed, the places to visit are endless, old Roman Cities and tombs, churches and many other antique remains.
Fethiye is a great place to visit, many fine restaurants, clubs and bars, here you can take a boat trip and tour the 12 islands, or enjoy an evening sunset cruise (with live singers) many jeep safaris are available, as are canoeing, canyoning, mountain bike excursions.

“Absolutely 1st Class - can't wait to return!” Recently returned from our first trip to Calis (and Turkey) and had such a fantastic time that we are planning to return for three weeks next year! The apartment was very spacious with more than sufficient space for both my 17yr old daughter (who enjoyed her own peace an quiet), 4yr old daughter (never away from the swimming pool) and older brother (always keen to be doing something). The apartment is ideally located providing the 'best of both worlds' - peace and quiet with open views nearby whilst conveniently situated within walking, cycling or taxi ride from the beautiful seafront at Calis. The apartment itself was spotless and is extremely well equipped. There is a balcony in just about every direction (eg looking over the pool, colourful gardens or open fields - take your pick). Don't think i've stayed anywhere with so much outdoor space for dining or just chilling out. The main bathroom has an invigorating shower (wet room type) - just what you need first thing in the morning after a day in the sun. The pool area was exceptionally well maintained with designated sunbeds and a parasol provided for guests of each indiviual apartments. The area is spacious and the pool itself an impressive size. There is also a smaller linked pool for less confident swimmers who just want to cool themselves by dipping their toes in the water. In terms of Calis itself - although our first time in Turkey (usually a regular visitor to Spain and Portugal) we really enjoyed the extensive choice of things to do/places to visit. Especially the accessibility of neigbouring places either walking, cycling, taxi or water taxi. There is so much we wanted to do that we never got round to - hence we are planning another trip next year and would definately stay at Forest Hills. Thank you for the use of the apartment and for making the holiday so memorable.

“fantastic” stayed for ten days with wife 20 year old & 12 year old fantastic facilities sky package wifi , cold water machine plenty crockery glasses . pool lovely & clean dolmus stops right outside to get to fetiyhe 2 lira each peaceful location pity dolmus doesnt go to calis beach but not bad walk .

“BEST EQUIPPED HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION EVER!” Just a note to record our pleasure at staying in the seven star duplex apartments at Forest Valley in Calis Beach. I have stayed in many a Villa / apartment but nothing as well equipped, or cared for as this accommodation. It is a credit to the owners who have thought of every little detail so that you dont have those( oh why havent they provided that) moments. I would not hesitate in booking this accommodation in the future!
