Luxury Villa Calis Beach
This large nearly NEW VILLA of appx 200 square meters is ideally situated between Calis Beach and Fethiye town. It is situated close to the sea with views across the bay to Fethiye town. Left hand villa on photo.There are also panoramic mountain views which being so high in early season are snow covered. A pleasant walk to the beach alongside a nature sanctuary is around 7 or 8 minutes. Close to the property are several bar restaurants and a medium size supermarket within 100 metres.

Totally relax on your sunbeds around the pool or roof terraces. Maybe a barbecue during the spectacular sunsets viewed from an elevated position.
The position is perfect near to but not right on the main road. Close to night life and the bustling town but far enough away not to disturb you. Its our dream Villa. Make it yours for your holiday and just to say try out of season here its wonderful with warm weather most of the year

Walled Garden
The garden is fully walled and trellis fenced around for security and privacy. Bouganvillea, Bananna Trees, Melissa (which has a beautiful scent at night), Roses and other plants adorn the garden
All bedrooms have a balcony and the top floor has a large terrace back and front.
The pool is 7 metres x 4 metres and is cleaned regularly occasionally shared with the adjoining villa

Air conditioning which is a very important feature is throughout the Villa. The Bedrooms are as follows: 2nd Floor 1 double: 1 with three single beds: 1 with two single beds. 3rd Floor 1 with a kingsize double and one single: 1 small double room: 1 with 2 singles. Total 14 beds. All rooms have terrace or balcony and sea views.

The lounge and inside dining area is very large some 500sq feet. A large fully equipped kitchen. A space to park your car. New paved road around villa. There is a large shaded outside terrace and poolside dining area.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is in a quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

For al fresco dining there is a covered veranda (shade from the sun) and you will find you only want to eat outside.

A car is not essential as the local bus and Dolmus (mini buses) pass the door every 10 mins or so.
You can also take the water taxi into Fethiye town.
Outside the villa is a public service announcement tanoy which is used if for instance the Hospital needs blood urgently.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required with booking final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% deposit on booking balance 8 weeks before arrival.

Location location location

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Fethiye is a lively Turkish town of around 100,000 inhabitants. It is the perfect mix of of a sophisticated and ethnic life for living and for holidays.

The town has area called Paspatur which is a bazaar area catering for the needs of all tourists with real atmosphere. The main street and all side streets are full of big and small traders in everything you can possibly imagine. Right in the centre of town is a combined permanent Fish and fruit and veg market where the bargains are incredible. ASDA watch out you can not roll back your prices this far. You can buy your fish or shellfish in the market and one of the restaurants surrounding the market will create a delicious meal for you for around £2.

Tuesday is the big market in Fethiye. Maybe 500 to 700 traders all selling their wares. Big bargains but please haggle sensibly and compare prices before you buy. Great atmosphere here also.

Originally Fethiye was known as Termessos and there are still remains and an amphitheater from the Lycian period.

Some 3 to 4000 ex-pats live in and around Fethiye permanently with this number doubling at least during spring to autumn.

Fethiye must be one of the best sailing centres anywhere in the world with steady winds, crystal clear water and the most incredible scenery.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis Beach is the main beach area for the bustling lively town of Fethiye. It stretches for over 4kms with a promenade flanked by the beach on one side and numerous Hotels, restaurants and cafe/bars on the other. The beach ranges from sand at the Fethiye end (top right of picture) to pebbles at the opposite end.

Here is the place to relax, swim or snorkel in warm seas, sunbathe sensibly or relax in a cafe drinking in, the casual relaxed atmosphere. The locals and waiters are very friendly and are unusual in that they have an English sense of humor. You must sit and dine one night and watch the amazing sunsets, maybe drinking your Raki ( Similar to Ouzo but stronger)

Dalaman airport is served by numerous charter flights and low cost flights by Easyjet and Onur Air. 35 to 45 mins. transfer.

Antalya airport is appx 120 miles away. Normal transfer time 2.5 to 3 hrs.

“Good villa perfect surroundings very relaxing” A very good property.Good furniture.The beds were very comfortable.It is a very scenic area. Easy access to Fethyia and Calis.
