With its breathtaking position, located directly on Calis beach, this luxury villa offers exceptional accommodation with its own private swimming pool on a site rich in facilities. The complex includes a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath (Hamam), massage and beauty centre. Tours and car hire can be arranged all manner of water sports are available on your doorstep from the water sports centre where you can learn to scuba dive, parasail, and water ski or windsurf. A complete stress free holiday and a perfect place to relax – or not – your choice!

Calis is known for its amazing sunsets which you can enjoy from the Club’s restaurant or pool bar or from one of the many bars and restaurants in Calis which line the shore just a few minutes’ walk away.

The bustling market town of Fethiye with its traditional bazaar, marina, charming restaurants and famous Tuesday market can be easily reached by water taxi or local minibus (Dolmus).

This fantastic villa has four big bedrooms, four bathrooms that two of them en-suite bathrooms. The biggest en-suite bathroom has a walkin shower with tastefully decoration.All flooring including stairs are marble.Has a fantastic direct sea view. Got it's own pool as well as five huge pools and three children's pools of the site. A working BBQ, on the ground terrace just by the pool, is waiting for you.

The Turquoise Coast is without a doubt one of the most beautiful areas in which to relax and unwind. From the backdrop of the Taurus mountains the coast is full of beautiful beaches, crystal clear turquoise seas, stunning scenery and numerous places of interest and ancient sites full of history and culture.

The area has something for everyone, the thrills of white water rafting, paragliding off babadag mountain, ringo riding down the stunning saklikent gorge or why not visit the Dalyan Mud Baths (and look and feel 10 years younger!) the historical sites of Ephesus and Pamukkale. Or relax for the day on one of the many boat trips out of Fethiye or Olu Deniz Bay.

The choices are endless and will leave you wanting to come back time after time.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

One is at a loss for words to describe the beauty of Fethiye. If you are incurably addicted to exploring new horizons and are a lover of nature, this is the destination for you… What is it that makes these shores so delightfully indented with innumerable coves and the unbelievable beauty of nature. What makes it so alluring? Perhaps it is a bit of everything, who knows?

To wander through the bays of Fethiye is an adventure, an exuberance, a spring of joy. While passing from one to another, the grandeur that spreads out before your eyes is enhanced by the silhouettes of tiny islands, which lead you astray.

Fethiye is located in South—West Mediterranean Turkey, connected to all other cities by three highways and reached very easily. Dalaman International Airport is as close as 60 km. to the town centre. During the tourist season one can find many flights from major European cities to Fethiye besides the domestic flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines. Additionally Antalya Airport, three –hour drive to Fethiye, is another departure point.

Fethiye seaport with its sheltered natural structure is an important stop for yachtsmen. A new modern marina project is realised for a large number of yachts with all facilities on the other end at the bay.

The whole region excluding Fethiye and Esen lowlands is covered with high mountains forming the south western spurs of the Taurus Range. These mountains exceeding 2000 meters extend the coastline. On a sunny winter day it is a real pleasure to view the pines and snow decorated peaks intertwined with the blue sky. Besides the refreshing woody slopes with thyme, sage, laurel and pine trees the exceptional incense forest is another peculiarity of the Fethiye region.

Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and warm, wet winters prevails in the region temperatures are approximately 30°C in summers and usually not less than 12°C in winters. Seawater temperature is hardly below 17°C all year round.

In Fethiye, with its abundance and fertile land, agriculture is of major prominence. Therefore whilst in other holiday resorts it becomes quiet at end of the season, life in Fethiye flows on throughout the 12 months.

What a fabulous place, we were so impressed with both the villa and the complex.
All were fantastic with the kids and couldn't do enough for us. The pools and grounds were immaculate, as was the villa itself. The location was perfect, the dolmus was a god send and would deliver us back virtually to the doorstep of the villa every time we asked.We were not disappointed in anyway. In fact we are already talking about when we might be able to go back.
Mustafa was a constant presence, always checking if we were ok and asking if we needed anything. He was very welcoming and we found his introductory chat very informative.So thank you once again for the use of your villa and we hope we will be back in touch with you sometime in the future.
