About the home

The Villa's location is just a short walk to the beach - ideal for sun bathing and water sports. With 4 bedrooms and a private pool the villa offers you a peaceful setting to relax on your holiday.

You will find Turkish hospitality wherever you go and Fethiye is a thriving Turkish town with a spectacular market on Sundays aimed at both locals and tourists - you can buying anything from Gucci to Goats.

The interior is open plan design with all facilities required for your holiday. Air conditioning is provided in every room and access to the pool is from a shaded terrace.
The first floor provides 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with a balcony where you can watch the sunset over the Mediterranean.
The spacious attic room also has an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is in a group of 4 similar villas, which are all walled with gate entrance. The villa is separated by a garden wall so that you can enjoy your private pool and garden.

All rental rates include a clean on date of arrival and includes towels and bed linen. Rental rates do not include beach and pool towels. We always provide you with a welcome basket within the price. Transfers to/from Dalaman Airport can be arranged if you let us know at the time of booking, from £70 in total (or £40 each way) depending on numbers. A security Deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking, refundable within 4 weeks after the end of your stay.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

700m to the beach where there are beach bars/restaurants. 20 minutes walk along the beach road to the town of Calis from where you can get to Fethiye by water taxi.

Small hotels nearby also have restaurants. Dolmus (local bus service) takes you to Calis (5 minutes) or Fethiye (20 minutes).

The Fethiye / Calis area

Close to the villa are 2 quiet hotels, both of which have restaurants available to the public. About half way to the beach you will find a mini-market and a small shop which supply your basic needs. Supermarkets are available nearer Calis and Fethiye.

The beach front has a few bars and restaurants offering both traditional Turkish cuisine and international menus. The villa is further north of Calis so more peaceful, but Calis is a short ride or walk where there is something for everyone. The main resort of Fethiye can be reached from the villa by local Dolmus bus or water taxi from Calis to the harbour.

This area of Turkey is popular as it offers something for everyone. Quiet beaches, night life in Calis and Fethiye, good restaurants within walking distance, and one of the most photographed beaches in Turkey only 20 minutes drive at Olu Deniz.

About 45 minutes to Dalaman airport through the new tunnel (3 YTL each way). Transfers to/from Dalaman Airport can be arranged if you let us know at the time of booking, approximately £70 in total (depending on numbers). Car hire is useful for sightseeing but the local bus service and taxi are ideal for local areas including Calis, Fethiye and Olu Deniz.

Access could not be easier -only 45 minutes from the new Dalaman International airport and cheap travel once you arrive with the local Dolmus bus service.

“Excellent place to go!!” What a fantastic place to stay and go to have already recommended to family and friends and would definatly return myself . Excellent communication and loads of advise from the owner even including rental car etc . Great trip thanks very much

“Loved it so much we are going to buy our own! Fab location still quiet!” Lovely villa, within a few minutes easy walk of the beach (with a four and five year old). The local buses (Dolmus) run every 5 / 10 mins and make access easy even without a car. Calis 5 mins on... more

“Fantastic villa + fantastic pool = Excellent holiday!!!” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and tidy, although we spent most of out time at the poolside and enjoyed relaxing in privacy. Within easy reach of Calis beach. Discovered it was cheaper to book a return taxi from Ciftlik. Also used the water taxi and enjoyed an evening in Fethiye. The water park in Calis Beach is quite small, but was more than suitable for our three children aged between 8-12.
