The terrace is the largest in the area and has fantastic views over the marina, the island strewn bay and the Taurus mountains. The property is located in the distinguished area of Karagözler 1 which is quiet and peaceful but just a 10 minute walk from the bustling town centre.
On site there is a large shared pool with a sun terrace and a pine forest backdrop. Perfect for unwinding in the sun with a good book. Calis beach is just a 30 min boat taxi or 15min drive away. The most photographed beach in Turkey, Oludeniz blue lagoon is 25 mins by car. While Patara beach recently voted in the Sunday Times as one of the best beaches in Europe is a 40 mins drive. Tourist facilities on your doorstep include bars, restaurants, shops, all water sports and wide selection of daily excursions.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The most photographed beach in Turkey is in Oludeniz with its famous blue lagoon which is stunningly beautiful and ideal from families. Oludeniz is a 25 min drive or 45 min bus journey away. The closest beach is Calis which can be seen from the apartment across Fethiye bay. Calis is a very popular tourist resort and is a 7km drive or can be reach by water taxi form the harbour side. Calis beach is a centre for water sports. The 12km golden beach of Patara is a 45min drive from Fethiye.
Ece Saray Marina and seafront 5-10mins walk. Fethiye town centre 10 -15 mins walk. Calis beach 7km, Oludeniz 10km, Hisaronu 8km, KayKoy 7km, Gocek 25km, Dalaman Airport 45km, Saklikent 35km, Kalkan 80km, Kas 100km, Bodrum 2.5hrs drive, Antayla 2.5hrs drive.
Fethiye / Karagozler area
Fethiye is the tourist and commercial centre for the region. Amenities include supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, hospitals etc. Activities available in and around Fethiye include water sports, paragliding, water rafting, Turkish baths, jeep safari's, pony trekking, blue cruises or simply sunbathing. In and around Fethiye you will find memorial mausoleums dating back to the Lycians and Roman era, ruins dating back to Saint Johns chevaliers, the ghost town of KayaKoy is just 7km while other archeological sites in the region inc Letoon, Tlos and St. Nicolas island.
How to get there
The new award winning international terminal at Dalaman airport makes Fethiye easy to reach all year round. Dalaman is now the 3rd busiest airport in Turkey and is just a 50km from Fethiye. There are daily flights from the UK and across Europe by Turkish Airlines. Easy Jet as of March 08 fly's frequently all year round from Gatwick while all the major operators fly from across the UK direct to Dalaman. Inc First Choice, Fly Thomascook, Thomson Fly, Airtours, Onur Air, Cyprus Turkish, Monarch, etc. The managers of this apartment can arrange car hire and transfers. Transfers take 45mins and currently cost from £30 for 3 guests sharing and can be booked at time of reservation. We can send directions to the property once it is booked.

Further details outdoors: Pool area consists of a large terraced area with sun loungers, 50sqm pool and beautiful pine forest backdrop. There is a child safety gate leading to the pool area but parental guidance is recommended.
The property is non-smoking indoors but smokers can use the large terrace.

The outdoor fully maintained swimming pool is shared between only 14 apartments. Please be aware the pool is closed from November through till end of April.

Conditions
Deposit: 20%, non-refundable. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. If it is less than 8 weeks full payment with booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Additional £100 'holding' deposit (to be paid before holiday) is required to cover any damages and will be refunded within a week of your return home after inspection by the property management company confirming all is OK. Details of how to pay, and any requests regarding holiday cost/transfers will be answered directly by email/ or telephone.
