Sunny Villa is located just a ten minute walk from the beach, away from the bustle of the centre. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including restaurants, the beach for water sport activities, water park, tennis court and on Sundays' the local market for bargain hunting. A Dolmus bus passess the villa gate every 10 minutes for those who would prefer not to walk. Fethiye can be accessed by dolmus or water taxi.
The villa benifits from a pool with shallow and deep end [toddlers beware] a second small shallow pool is adjacent to this and perfect for toddlers. Leading from the living room is a gated balcony overlooking the pool furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Lounge balcony with gate to access the pool [toddlers beware]. Front balconies overlook the pool, ideal for keeping a watchful eye on the children. The sun shines on both these balconies from approximately 11am.
The top floor balcony is very private, ideal for an all over tan!
Patio tables, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas provided.
There is a small 24/7 super market within 200 yards which is great for night arrivals.
Day trips are in abundance and can be booked at one of the Trip centres in town.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required to be paid when final payment is made 8 weeks prior to departure and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance as there is no liability insurance in Turkey.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Chalis is located close to the beautiful town of Fethiye on the turquoise coast where the Mediterranean sea meets the Aegean sea. The climate from May to September is usually hot and dry, more humid in July/August. It does rain between November and April . Snow if you travel into the mountains in Winter where Skiing is availlable. Chalis beach itself is sand and shingle/pebble and during the summer months there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols to hire at very reasonable prices. Some beach bars provide these free if eating/drinking there. Only 12 kilometers away lies the beautiful beach and natural lagoon at Oludeniz. From here water and beach sports are readily availlable. The water is crystal clear and the beach is sand and shingle. Food + drink can be expensive if eating in the park [bring a picnic especially if you have little ones!].
The Fethiye / Calis area
Every Sunday in Chalis there is an open market, this is a 10 minutes walk from the villa. Here you can buy fresh fruit and veg [organic, locally grown produce], clothes, jewellery, shoes, leather handbags/belts etc. all at very low prices, please remember to haggle, it's expected! A similar but larger market takes place every Tuesday in nearby Fethiye, easily accessible by 'dolmus' bus, which pass the villa every 10 minutes or so and costs around 60p each way. There are many trips availalbe, information on these + booking can be done at any of the stalls advertising these along the main "bar street" street and beach promenade.

What a great villa, with excellent facilities, Lesley was really helpful and sorted out our complex transfers and kept me in the loop with everything - even the weather forecast for that week!! The location for us is perfect as it's away from all the tourists but only a 10min walk to the main bars and beaches. But I would recommend the local restaurants and bars the food is a lot better, the prices are a lot cheaper and people are a lot more friendly. We will def stay here again. Thanks Response: Thank you for your lovely comments and so pleased you enjoyed your holiday. We're glad we were able to assist you with your hassle free transfers. We know it can be worrying if the family are arriving at different times especially when a female is travelling alone and late at night, their safety is paramount. What a fantastic Villa......we have styed here for the last 4 years and our visit s are 6 weeks long. The villa isis very will situated in the village of Calis and close to some great resturants and bars. There are a number of supermarkets vey close by that stock all you would need for a self catered holiday A car is not neccesary unless you plan to explore the local countrysiide Les and Mick have done a fantastic job of kitting out the villa and it lacks for nothing All the bedrooms are spotles with ensuite bathrooms We cannot rate this villa highly enough and would have no problem endorsing it to frinds and travellers alike We have become good friends with lLes and Mick and look forward to our long stay next year !!! *Important* Flights/airport transfers/visas/health and travel insurance are not included. An entry visa is required on arriving in Turkey this is available in the terminal building at a cost of £10 per person [have exact money as no change is given]. If you require a luggage trolley you will have to pay £1 or 2 Euros at the trolley collection point [which you don't get back].
PAYMENT:- Preferably by cheque but bank transfers can be arranged.
A Non refundable 20% deposit secures booking. The balance plus a refundable £100 for breakages to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. [The refundable breakage deposit is sent by cheque to your UK address within 14 days of your return after satisfactory inspection of the property.If an overseas guest the refund can be sent by bank transfer if preferred].
Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure need to be paid in full upon confirmation and is non refundable.
We are sorry but we will not accept single sex groups of 25 years and under. If a deceptive booking is made then access will not be given to the property.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:- If you require I can arrange but you pay the driver direct with GBP or Turkish Lira: Charges are as follows: Up to 3 passengers- £60 return, 4-5 passengers-£90 return and 6 or more passengers-£100 return.
CLEANING:- The villa is cleaned prior to you arriving and following your departure. If you require any extra cleaning during your stay then this can be arranged and payable locally at an extra cost. Speak to English representative on site.
