Orion Villa is a large spacious villa that is well appointed and furnished with quality fittings. There are 3large bedrooms and the villa can sleep up to 6 people. There are mountain views and a sea view from the top floor. The villa is ideally situated to explore the Turquoise coast
The villa is located just 200 metres from Calis beach and just off the main Calis to Fethiye road. A small waterpark is nearby and restaurants, bars and shops are also a few minutes walk away. The local cheap transport the " dolmus" pass along the Fethiye road every few minutes in the holiday season and will take you to Fethiye, Hisaronu , Oludeniz and beyond.

Orion villa is brand new for the 2008 season and any comments or suggestions will be appreciated, we have other properties in the area which have been a great success with holidaymakers and we wish to continue this with Orion villa.
Conditions
A non returnable deposit of 100GBP on booking and full payment 8 weeks before departure, any cancellations after this date will be part refunded should the apartment be let. A 200GBP breakage deposit is also required returned within 5 working days of return or on departure.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
OrionVilla is set in Calis Beach in a peaceful area yet only a few minutes stroll to the restaurants and bars on Calis's long promenade. The nearest supermarket is 200mtrs and large supermarkets are situated in Fethiye.
The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
CALIS is a few minutes drive from Fethiye ( cheap local mini buses run every few minutes or you can take a boat Dolmus in the summer months ) Calis is a beach resort with a nice promenade full of friendly restaurants and bars. Calis is a quiet resort but it still has its fair share of restaurants, shops and bars, the long beach is a favourite with holidaymakers because it doesn't get too crowded and there is a constant sea breeze. The famous 'Caretta Turtles' come to this beach to lay their eggs so if you keep your eyes peeled you may catch sight of one. Small water park nearby and also in Hisaronu. Nice and flat so easy to walk or cycle and always with fabulous mountain and island views.

Fly into Dalaman airport, we can arrange transfer, car hire or a taxi. Taxi's are £35 each way for up to 3 people a mini bus can be arranged for groups of 4 to 8 or more at a cost £55 each way. Car hire is from £22 per day.

Although we were the first to rent this property we had no problems at all and will be booking early for 2009 as this will be very popular. Nice ans safe for the kids and a minute from the beach. Karen and the Smith Family
