Home description
The apartment was completed in the summer of 2007, in a modern design, consisting of 5 ground floor two bedroom apartments and 5 duplex apartments, our gound floor apartment is B3 overlooking the Pool. The apartment has two terraces, the main one overlooking the Pool, and a smaller terrace at the rear which can be accessed via both bedrooms. All main rooms have Air con which can be operated by remote control, and blow both hot and cold air. Immediately outside the main gate is a small stream which winds its way down to the resort centre and beach, which is only 10 minute walk away either along the Road or the more scenic route following the stream.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
A really stunning and beautiful stretch of coastline with varied and welcoming resorts.
The harbour town of Fethiye is just a short dolmus ride or water taxi trip away, enjoy the fabulous view of the Lycian rock tombs as you enter the harbour. It is a traditional Turkish town and the cobbled narrow streets are a maze of shops, cafes and bars, ideal for bargain hunting, as night falls they become the setting for lively bars.
The breathtakingly beautiful beach and lagoon of Olu Deniz is just a Dolmus ride away. The cobalt blue lagoon sweeps around on its seaward side into a vast crescent-shaped sand and pebble beach. The sheltered lagoon has warm and calm waters which are ideal for children who delight in chasing shoals of fish through the shallows.
Visit the deserted ghost town of Kayakoy for a BBQ, or enjoy a therapeutic mud bath, visit the aquapark, book a truck safari into the mountains or a jeep safari to saklikent gorge. There really is so much to see and do, but most of all you must have a lovely meal at one of the many sea-front restaurants and watch the incomparable sunset at Calis beach.
Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis (in Turkish "Çaliş" & pronounced "Chalish", is a quiet yet busy holiday resort, with a seemingly endless beach. Bars and restaurants line the beach area, which is block paved along the seafront. The resort is very flat, so is ideal for people with mobility restrictions. Calis has it's own waterpark too. Parts of the beach are also popular with the local turtle population, who come in to lay their eggs in the sand. Read a short article about the turtles here. Calis also boasts two very natural attractions - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months, and you can see what the other one is - Calis is famous for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the World.

Further details indoors: The Apartment is strictly Non smoking and consists of 3 main rooms; Double bedroom and Twin bedroom Large Living/Kitchen area. There is a bathroom with Shower, Wash basin, & WC, and small recess with Washing machine and electric water heater (solar heating during summer months).Air Con Unit with remote control in both Bedrooms and Living area, both bedrooms have Patio doors onto small rear Terrace.The Living area has plenty of natural light from two large windows (one facing the Pool),There is a Patio Door which leads out onto the Main Terrace overlooking the Pool.There are Two Sofas (Two & Three seater), the three seater pulls out into a Double bed.We have our own Lockable Basement Storage Cupboard very useful for storing the empty suitcases during your stay. The apartment is alarmed and has security locks on all windows and doors
Further details outdoors: The communal areas boast a large Pool (100m²), and a small hexagonal Baby Pool, with a large tiled terrace around the Pools. In the height of the Summer, when the sun is at its fiercest you can retreat to a covered Pergola area at the entrance to the complex, where you can sit and relax. The grounds are landscaped with Shrubs and lawns. For Outdoor Entertaining there is a Large Patio Table with 6 Chairs.And for around the Pool, 4 Sun Loungers with Padded Cushions, and 2 small drinks Tables. When the sun sets the Complex is illuminated, with Perimeter. Pathway and Pool lights. We have our own Lockable Basement Storage Cupboard immediately downstairs outside the Main Door of the Apartment, there are some Inflatables stored in here for your use, the cupboard is also very useful for storing the empty suitcases during your stay
