Whilst lapping up the sunrays by the pool a gentle breeze from the local beach (calis beach) cools the high temperatures of the mid day sun making your holiday more comfortable. Situated only 0.5 km. calis beach has plenty to offer, From relaxing on the beach and endulging the sunshine to strolling along the promanade and wineing and dineing in the vast selection of bars and resaurants, Calis even has its own waterpark, all of these combined makes great days out for the whole family.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The gulf of fethiye is thought by meny sailors to be second to the indian ocean in terms of the beautiful seascapes it offers. In the picturesque harbour you can arrange boat trips around the bay.

Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis beach is reasondly quiet and small,the promenade stretches almost as far as the beach. A light breeze makes this a popular beach in the heat of the day. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along promenade to enjoy. Calis is a place where you can walk around day or night and feel safe. The kids have a water park just 5 mins from the beach to enjoy. Calis is famous for its spectacular sunsets. you can organize day excursions to various attractions in the surrounding area. The water water taxi takes you over to the main town of fethiye where there is a wide range of shops selling leather goods, shoes, clothing and jewellery. The main form of public transport is the dolmus witch you can jump on and off anywhare you like, it only costs about 45 pence each. There are markets at calis on a sunday and fethiye on tuesday to shop for a bargin. Fethiye is full of restaurants and bars, with meny along the promenabe overlooking the harbour with its local fishing fleet.
