The apartment is situated at the quiet end of the busy resort of Calis Beach, it has stunning sea views of the 4 km beach. This two storey apartment has a lovely balcony , off the lounge area, which overlooks the pool and is perfect for watching the fabulous sunsets over the Sea. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The Beach and the main promeade with its many bars and restaurants is only a very short walk away, down an unmade road. The complex has just 14 apartments, and is ideal for couples requiring peace and tranquility or families that like to be near the bars, restaurants and activites, but prefer the quiet during the night. Calis beach stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions, and has two main attractions, one the lovely cooling breeze, and secondly the beautiful sunsets

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Everybody loves calis beach promenade, that is lively but has a very laid back feeling. It has lots of lovely bars and restaurants and has not been over developed. The beautiful turquoise waters of the olu Deniz Blue Lagoon are only a bus ride away. Eating out is cheap, and a bottle of beer will cost you about £1.

Further details indoors: The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 The large master bedroom is upstairs,it has a large double bed, and has stunning views of the sea, and is en-suite, with a shower and wc The twin room upstairs is also en-suite with a shower and wc Downstairs is another twin room, but beds could easily be pushed together to make another double room, this also has its own bathroom next door, with a bath and a shower in it and wc. The apartment has wrought iron baby gates at top and bottom of stairs and a travel cot. This apartment is the end one, therefore it is extreemly light and airy, as it has windows all down the side, as well as on the front. Very large L shaped Lounge/ Dining area, with a corner suite, hiding a double sofa bed. Fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, which is open plan, to the dining lounge area A care taker is on site during the day 6 days a week
Further details outdoors: The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens which are gated making it very safe for children. There is a large patio area around the main pool and a children's pool. Umbrellas and sunbeds are provided. There is also a couple of brick built BBQ's that are at your disposal to use. The apartment complex is managed by the Orka Hotel, in Ovacik, so you have full use of all of the Hotel Facilities at no extra charge, these include two large swimming pools one with a water slide. There is a pool side bar serving snacks and a children's play area. They also have a fantastic Turkish bath ( at an extra Cost) where you can be totally pampered. The Hotel also has speciall entertainment evenings, which you will be invited to, and the Hotel will provide transport to and from.

Booking Deposit £100 per week required Refundable security deposit of £100 which will be returned ( subject to satisfactory property inspection) approx 14 days after your return. Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to traveling late cancelation fees will apply This is a no smoking apartment Contract applies as soon as booking form returned Transfers can be arranged for you, or you can book independently, please let us know which is required NB Pool is filled from May until October

Apartment is not suitable for wheel chairs as there is a flight of stairs to get to the front door Please can you bring your own beach towels as these are not provided
Please be aware the Public Liability insurance is not available in Turkey as they are not part of the E.U . So please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we must disclaim any liability part.
