Large fully air conditioned 4 bedroom villa with own garden and pool. Accommodation for up to 6 Adults or a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Located in a quiet area surrounded by other detached villas with local shops, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. 15 minutes walk from Calis (pronounced Chalish) centre with further shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Fethiye is about 4Kms away and has a huge variety of shops, bars, restaurants and also a very pretty promenade and Marina as well as many sites of historic interest. There is also a regular hydrofoil service to Rhodes. The Dolmus (mini-bus) stops for Fethiye and Calis are within a couple of minutes walk. Play area for small children directly opposite villa.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turkey's Mediterranean shore, called the Turquoise Coast, is nearly 1600 km (994 miles) long, scattered with fine-sand beaches and sprinkled abundantly with classical cities turned to picturesque ruins.
The Turquoise Coast is the first place to think of when you're considering a seaside vacation in Turkey. It has more and better beaches and resorts than does the Aegean coast, and warmer, saltier water than the Black Sea coast.
The Taurus (Toros) Mountains form a dramatic backdrop along much of the coast, often dropping steeply right into the sea, but in some places rivers have washed down enough sediment over the ages to form beaches backed by fertile alluvial plains good for growing cotton, vegetables, and even tropical fruits like bananas.
Fethiye / Calis Beach area
With its cultural wealth, natural beauties and geography, is amongst one of the most important tourism centres of Turkey. It is famous for its works of art belong to Persians, Lycians, Carians and Romans. This charming county is in a bay within Fethiye Gulf where both large and small islands are scattered. The rear of the bay is surrounded by pine forests.
The ancient name of Fethiye, which was a coastal city at the borders of Lycia-Caria, is Telmessos. There is not definite information about the foundation of this Ancient city. According to the first written records, it has come into existence in the 5th century B.C. Telmessos, separate from Lycia, survived as an independent city for a long time. The city experienced the rule of Persia, Alexander the Great, Rome, Pergamum Kingdom, Byzantium, Menteşeoğulları Principality and Ottoman State respectively.
Mediterranean climate, which is hot and dry during summers and warm and rainy during winters, is dominant in the region. Temperature, which is approximately 30 degrees during summer months, is generally over 10 degrees during winter. Sea water temperature never decreases less than 16 degrees during each season.

Fly to Dalaman Airport, you now have a the choice of flying with Easy Jet which will be flying from England to Dalaman from 30 March 2008.

Outside Set in its own west facing gardens of about 350 square metres with private pool (8m*3m and 1.5m deep). The garden is lawned and contains a variety of plants (including bougainvillea, palms etc) and trees (including orange, lemon, pomegranate etc). There is also a covered terrace, which can be used for outside eating/drinking if the weather turns inclement, and built in barbeque for outside cooking. A full range of garden furniture including sun-beds, beanbags, tables, chairs (8) and sun umbrella are also provided (all with soft covers). There is also lighting to the outside of the villa, pool and front garden area.
Ground Floor Tiled Entrance hall with under stairs cupboard housing Bosch washing machine. Ground floor bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet. Air conditioned open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Iron etc). A full range of cookware and tableware is also provided to ensure visitors can make full use of the villa’s cooking and dining facilities. There is a large dining area with a table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. The lounge has two 4 seater sofas, Television, DVD and Satellite receiver. The dining room and kitchen both open onto the covered terrace which provides a further seating and eating area for the warm evenings or for shade during the heat of the day.
1st Floor (Accessed via marble staircase)
Bedroom 1 Air conditioned and contains a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table and triple wardrobe all finished in maple. The room is double aspect with French doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the garden, pool and, patio doors overlooking the side garden and mountains.
Bedroom 2 Air conditioned and contains 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet and triple wardrobe, all finished in maple. The room is double aspect with patio doors leading to a small balcony with mountain views and patio doors overlooking the side garden.
Bedroom 3 Air conditioned and contains a bunk bed (suitable for children up to about 11 years of age) and a chest of draws with mirror over. The room is double aspect with French doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the garden and pool and a window overlooking the side garden.
1st floor bathroom Large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet.
2nd Floor (accessed via marble staircase)
Bedroom 4 plus en-suite Very large, air conditioned attic room containing a king-size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table, triple wardrobe and a safe. There are 2 small windows to the front of the property providing limited views of the garden and there is a skylight providing further daylight. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom/wet room with shower, toiler, wash basin and mirror.
It should be noted that due to limited headroom Bedroom 4 is not recommended for tall people although is can obviously be used with some care.
Security All windows and doors (except front door) have security bars (all doors have locks) and there is a safe provided in bedroom 4. The front door has a deadbolt and security chain mechanism.
General Bath and Hand Towels provided Hairdryer provided. Non-Smoking. No all Male or all Female parties.
