The summer season usually starts April and ends October but with many people deciding to settle in Calis the more locals are deciding to open for the winter months. Calis boasts a long shingle beach with stunning sunset views and along the seafront there are various bars, restaurants and shops. Local buses are easy accessible and during the summer months you can enjoy a taxi boat into Fethiye. The local Calis market is held every Sunday and Dalaman airport is just a 40 minute drive away.

Further details outdoors: 5 minute walk to Calis beach. 50metres from sea front and new promenade which is due to be completed in 2008. 50metres from dolmus (buses which run every 3 or 4 minutes) to Fethiye, Ciflik, Gocek and the beautiful beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz. 10 minutes on the dolmus to Fethiye Supermarket and Chemist both within 2 minute walk. 5 minute walk to waterpark. Wide variety of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.
