The property is just a 10 minute walk from Calis beach with it's fine restaurants and shops. There is a local store 2 minutes from the property. The local bus (dolmus) service is a minutes walk from the apartment and runs every 15 – 20 minutes to the nearest town of Fethiye which takes approx. 10 – 15 minutes, & costs just 1.25 Turkish Lira!!

There is so much history from ephasus to oludeniz steeped in culture and mythology. You can be rest assured that there is something for every one whether it be nature walks, archeology, photography,watersports,fine food or just total relaxation, a magical place for old and young alike awaits you.
Fethiye / Calis area
Calis Beach is a small beach resort with stunning views (and spectacular sunsets) across the Bay to Sovalye Island and Fethiye. Along the seafront there is a pedestrianised boulevard where there are many bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed here, making it ideal for sun-worshippers and family holidays.
If you want to spend some livelier hours, than take a Dolmus or alternatively the very pleasant water taxi to nearby Fethiye, with its colourful harbour, shops, and nightlife. Calis is the beach resort closest to Fethiye. Spreading over 4km the beach is mainly shingle and is lapped by turquoise seas. There is a constant sea breeze so even on the hottest of days this is the place to visit. A wide range of shops, bars and restaurants run along the seafront promenade. Choose to have a drink at one of the seafront bars and watch the sun setting over the islands in the evening. On Sundays visit the local market, where you can buy your holiday souvenirs, local grown produce and your “designer” clothing. Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus or by the more leisurely and scenic route on the water taxi. There is a local store 2 minutes from the property, for all those immediate essential's. The local bus (Dolmus) service runs 2 minutes away every 1o – 15 minutes to the nearest town of Fethiye which takes approx. 15 – 20 minutes.

Dalaman Airport being the main airport for this region is served by a number of Uk and international airports, and many budget airlines offer competitive flight prices. Flight time from the Uk to Turkey is approximately 4 hours.Transfer times from the airport to the apartment are 45 to 50 mins and this is a comfortable and enjoyable journey.Car hire is readily available from several companies at the airport or transfers can be arranged.Alternatively taxis are readily available at an approximate cost of £25.

Further details indoors: The master en-suite bedroom has a double bed and private terrace. The second en-suite twin bedroom also has a private terrace. The third en-suite bedroom has a single bed with pull out bed and private terrace. There is also a separate guest bathroom. Air conditioning and solar heating is fitted throughout. The wardrobe space is ample for all needs with plenty of hangers. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full hob and oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
