Parkside Villa is a superb spacious property on a small complex of 6 with a shared pool.
Just 10 minutes walk away is the beautiful resort of Calis boasting some of the most stunning sunsets in the evening and welcoming cooling breeze in the blazing sun of the day.
The property is a 3 storey detached villa comfortably sleeping nine people.
The attic bedroom boast an excellent en suite bathroom and has a large rooftop balcony providing excellent views of the distant mountains.
There is a further en suite shower room on the second floor in a large bright bedroom and the balcony again provides stunning views of the mountains along with pool and gardens of the complex. Bedroom 3 contains two single beds and the smaller bedroom a single bed. This floor also has a family shower room
For those people who love to cook there is a well equipped kitchen .
Our representative will be available for a welcome meeting within 24hours of arriving and an emergency telephone number provided incase assistance is required during the holiday.
A welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs,tea, coffee, butter, jam and water are provided especially essential for those early morning arrivals at an extra cost

Keys for villa are held by Transfer company who will pass over once at villa from Airport.
NOTE - CHANGE OVER DATE IS MONDAY BUT SOME FLEXIBILITY MAY BE ACCOMMODATED AT CERTAIN TIMES OF YEAR PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS. Usual time of departure is 12noon and arrival 2.00pm but if villa not rented proir to arrival or following week then stay will be until pick up time for airport transfer.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Calis Beach is surrounded by the Taurus Mountains which provide a stunning back drop while relaxing on the beach. This area boasts some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world and is best enjoyed while sipping a cold drink in one of the many restaurants along the promenade.
The Fethiye / Calis area
Only 15minutes away you will find the more cosmopolitan town of Fethiye and the local market once a week will provide entertainment as the Turks love to barter over goods. Fethiye is a small port where the luxury boats and fishing vessels moor up. A small water taxi regularly goes between Calis and Fethiye every 1/2 hour and cost less than £1 for the 30 minute trip. Turkey is steeped in history, and Fethiye has its own piece of history, the best being the ancient tombs Lycian Sarcophagus, which are carved from a single block of stone within a cliff. The ruins of Xanthus the ancient capital of Lycia and Letoon can be found nearby.
