Palm Beach Apartments share a communal pool and childs splash pool and can sleep up to 5 people. The apartments would suit families or groups of couples looking for both a relaxing beach holiday and those looking for a lively seaside holiday for the family. If you are a large family and need two, 2 bed apartments, we can offer a discount on the total price.
Palm Beach Apartments are only 50 metres from the 8km long Calis beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Fully furnished throughout including cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV and air conditioning, etc. We also have some availability on our 3 bedroom apartments.

Calis has a long promendade area with many shops, restaurants and bars. There are local shops a few minutes walk from the apartments for basic supplies. Visit the weekly market every Sunday as many bargains can be found. Remember to haggle!
The local bus service goes past the apartments if you want to go further afield. Or get the water taxi by the bridge to take you into Fethiye.
Calis is famous for some of the best sunsets in the world.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Agriculture is the largest source of income in the economy of Fethiye as the climatic conditions are ideal in the region. In green-houses and on the farms, tomatoes are the major agricultural crop. Tourism is the second major source of income.
The area has something for everyone. Go on boat trips, take a trip to the mud baths at Dalyan, visit many historical sites including Pamukkale and Ephesus. Cool down at the gorge in Saklikent where the water is zero degrees. Take a jeep safari and see the real Turkey. And for the more adventurous amongst you, try Paragliding/Parasailing and Scuba Diving.
There is so much to do in the area you won't be disappointed.
Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis has a long beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also use the water taxi into Fethiye. Calis also has a weekly market every Sunday. They are doctors and chemists around if you need medical assistance and Fethiye has two private hospitals and the local government hospital is in Calis.
Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly, eat in a huge selection of restaurants, drink in the many bars and dance the night away. There is also a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices. Remember to haggle!
The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definitely worth a visit. Hire a car for freedom to travel around independently.
How to get there
Flights go from most UK airports to Dalaman (nearest airport), main carriers are; Thomas Cook, Easyjet, Thomson, XL, Onur Air, My Travel. There are many good deals to be found on the internet.

Further details indoors: The 2 bed apartments are open plan living and have 1 bathroom. Normally they are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, but we also have bunk beds in one bedroom. The extra bed is a sofa bed in the lounge. They are air conditioned and towels and bed linen are provided.
Further details outdoors: The complex is attractively landscaped, has a large communal swimming pool and outside showers located on the pool terrace. Sunbeds are available around the pool. The site also has its own car parking area.
The swimming pool is available from May - October.

Bookings are for minimum of one week, but dates can be flexible.
To reserve the apartment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including any transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date.
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover breakages, etc., is payable on arrival in Turkey.
Payment is made by credit/debit card or bank to bank transfer in Sterling.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE IS: an arrival welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, jam and eggs. Optional meet and greet service. Information Booklet in the property with advice on the area, how to get around, what to do, etc. Weekly clean/change of bedding. Local contact number.
