LUXURY PREMIUM DUPLEX APARTMENT -
Set in the quiet yet busy beautiful beach resort of Calis, this Forest Valley luxury Apartment is a new ground floor duplex set in a five unit complex standing in prime position and just a 15 minute walk from the beach. The apartment has easy access to all amenities including the local weekly market and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Fethiye which boast a fabulous bay protected by a ring of 12 islands with its own port and harbour is only a ten minute bus ride away by the Dolmus which passes by the apartment hourly. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comprises of an open planned kitchen/Lounge with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine and its own fresh drinking water dispenser (with cooler), it boasts a flat screen TV/DVD and the room is lovely and bright with three balconies. There are two bedrooms , one double and one twin (with cot facilities - must be requested ) each leading out onto their own private balcony, five balconies in all, each with fantastic views and a built in BBQ on the main balcony overlooking the large pool. There is one fully tiled bathroom with shower and a built in hallway cupboard with a built in safe for your valuables. The complex is private and is one of the few complex's if not the only one in Calis that benefits from 24 hour CCTV security. FREE Wi-fi is also available - THIS APARTMENT COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The apartment is tastefully decorated and contempary furnished with colourful sofas and chairs and full bedroom furniture in both bedrooms i.e bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe (with plenty of hangers). The Lounge/kitchen area leads into the hallway with built in cupboard for cases etc and built in metal safe). Both bedrooms are accessible from the hallway, as is the bathroom which is fully tiled with full shower cubicle, toilet and sink . The Lounge/kichen area boasts three separate balconies, two with full patio tables and chairs where you can barbecue and dine outside el-fresco.

Large well maintained garden plus shared gardens with lawns,flower beds and beautiful climbing plants and bushes which is surrounded by an attractive stone wall wall with a secure gate and railings making it safe for children. Parasols and sun loungers are provided. There is an extremely large shared pool with a separate baby splash pool which is directly in front of the apartment. Patio furniture is provided for use on all of the balconies. Please note this is a totally private and exclusive complex with only five duplex's on it - some of which are used for owner use only, it is therfore a very spacious complex with plenty of room and space around the pool area.

Bikes are available to hire at great discounted prices - please enquire for details.

There is plenty of English Tea and Coffee provided for you to use - so you don't need to pack any!! plus an initial carton of milk will be left for you (to be replenished)

A Fresh drinking water dispenser is provided for your use with cooler (no need to lug bottles back to the apartment) subsequent bottles can be ordered - facility for ordering replacement water.

Pets are permitted with owners consent only and at their discretion.

Please note:- The apartment next door (3 bed - sleeps 6-10) is owned by the same owner and can be rented together if required - a discount will be considered) There is also an identical 2 bed apmt that can be rented from same owner - please enquire for details.

Conditions

A booking deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required at time of booking. A refundable security deposit (for breakages etc) of £50 is also required, which will be refunded (subjuect to satisfactory property/laundry inspection report) approx 4-6 weeks after your return.

Please note maximum occupancy is 4 although apartment will take a fifth person - if booking is for 5 an extra charge of £40 per week will apply for 5th person (unless under 1yr)

Balance payable 10 weeks prior to travelling. Late cancellation fees will apply. Contract applies as soon as booking form returned.

A late departure fee may be applicable

If transfer arranged with owner fee to be paid during your stay and collected by Property Management Team. The cost is 1-3 £75 - 4-6 £84 - 7+ £90 (max 12) (prices may rise for 2012)

Please be aware that as Turkey is not yet part of the EU, public liability insurance is not yet available, it is therefore advised that you take out adequate holiday insurance as we will disclaim any liability part.

Please be aware that Dalaman Airport make a charge of £10 per person befor enty can be made into Turkey, this fee must be made before entering passport control.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Calis Beach (pronounced Chalis) is situated on the South West of Turkey, a short distance from Fethiye. Calis is a beach resort with stunning views and spectacular sunsets. The area is a fantstic holiday choice as it is situated amongst the mountains and the sea, offering a lovely refreshing breeze all year round. The area is one of natural beauty with breathtaking scenery and exceptional weather.

The climate is good all year round with temperatures ranging from 16' in January to 40' in July and August.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Along the Calis seafront there is a pedestrian boulevard, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Daily activities include a selection of water sports, a family day out at the aqua park, horse riding amongst the mountains or visiting the magnificient beach at patara wher the turtles breed. You can also pamper yourself at one of the many turkish baths, or visit nearby Oludeniz and the blue lagoon (one of the most photograped beaches in Turkey), here you can enjoy paragliding over the magnificent bay. Another excellent day out is one of the many boat rips (which are incredibly cheap and excellent value for money), enjoying the wonderful food which is prepared endlessly for you, whilst you dive off the boat into the warm turquoise seas. If history is your interest, you will not be disappointed, the places to visit are endless, old roman cities and tombs, churches and many other antique remains.

Fethiye is a great place to visit, many fine restaurants, clubs and bars, here you can take a boat trip and tour the 12 islands, many jeep safaris are available, as are canoeing, canyoning and mountain bike excursions.

“Best holiday ever” This apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you could possibly need on a family holiday, including air conditioning and a cool water dispenser. The complex is spotless with a great pool which we used every day, along with plenty of sunbeds. You definately do not need a car here as there is a bus which passes by every half hour to the town/beach or a taxi can be called directly from the complex which cost around £4.00, excellent value. The bars and restuarants are plentiful and the locals are very friendly. The apartment has details of the many trips/outings available should you want them. A visit to the local market in Fethiye is a must, with a return trip on the water taxi. If you are looking for a stress free, relaxing holiday, perfect for all ages, I would highly recommend this apartment. The owner was extremely helpful in arranging our transfers, contact numbers whilst there etc, I didn't have to think of anything. Our first visit to Turkey could not have been better. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We have enjoyed a great holiday staying at the Forest Valley apartments in Calis - the apartment was far better than we have ever had in Turkey, bright airy clean and lovely furnishings, Having the water dispenser provided was a brilliant idea and the beds were lovely and comfy!! It was a refreshing lovely walk down to the beach front and all the really good bars and restaurants where we enjoyed many an evening meal. The sun never stopped shining and we just want to go back !! Thanks to the owners for a fab apartment

Have just spent a brilliant 10 nights in this lovely apartment in Forest Valley, Calis. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the pool is absolutely gorgeous, never too crowded and it was always very clean. There is a minibus which stops right outside the door on the hour which means you can get into Calis or Fethiye easily to enjoy the night life,but when back at the apartment there's peace and quiet.
We only went into Fethiye on a couple of occasions as there were so many really good restaurants and bars on the promenade of Calis beach. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, with no hassle from anyone. We can recommend the jeep safari with Karacay, a real fun day out. We also booked a private boat trip which was real value for money and a great day bobbing around the many secluded bays, diving off the boat and enjoying a lovely lunch which was included in the price.
All in all this was a fantastic holidy and I can thoroughly recommend this first class apartment and resort and will definitely be coming back 10out of 10

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Turkey, we have previously been twice before and much enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the local people, however this visit was greatly enhanced because we had a great apartment at our disposal. We spent a superb 2 weeks at the end of October at this great apartment on the very private Forest Valley complex - it had everything we wanted and the holiday was one of the most enjoyable we have had - we have been to Turkey lots of time and will definitely be coming back to this area and hopefully this apartment.

This was our first trip to Turkey and Calis beach in July/August was the perfect antidote to the 'great British Summer' glorious sunshine, relaxing by the pool and perfect accommodation at the 'Forest Valley Apartment' with every home comfort you could wish for. Calis had great bars and restaurants. We also found 'Rambos' delivery service really useful for shopping - ice creams for the ice ox and cold beers for the fridge. We enjoyed getting the bus to Fethiye and getting the water taxi back (cooling breeze). we would also recommend the 'Karacay Jeep safari' for a good laugh & take the 'ring down the gorge' very refreshing!!!!
