A TRULY AMAZING SUPERB LUXURY PREMIUM APARTMENT - FIVE STAR

Set in the quiet yet busy beautiful beach resort of Calis, this Forest Valley apartment is a stunning luxury premium duplex (akin to a 5 star) set in a five unit complex and just a short 15-20 minute walk from the beach. The apartment has easy access to all amenities including the local weekly market and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Fethiye which boasts a fabulous bay protected by a ring of 12 islands with its own port and harbour is only a 10-15 minute bus ride away which passes by the apartment hourly (the bus stop is directly outside the apartment) The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has three levels, ground floor porch - first and second floor - comprising of an exceptionally large lounge. There are 3 bedrooms, the master on the top floor adjacent to the extra large lounge with its onw balcony with stunning views. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor both with extra large balconies and their own balcony furniture. There are two fully tiled bathrooms, both with showers and one with full size bathtub: an open planned kitchen and dining room with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer, washing machine and with the added benefit of a fresh drinking water dispenser (with cooler). For your convenience there are extra niceties - i.e fresh coffe machine, sandwich maker, panini grill, deep fat fryer, slow cooker, etc. There are six balconies in total all with lovely views and a built in BBQ on the main balcony directly overlooking the large pool. The apartment has the added benefit of having the prime position apartment on the complex with premium views of the pool and mountains, the pool being literally steps away. There is a built in safe for your valuables. The complex is totally private and exclusive. FREE Wi-fi is also available. The owners have used it privately pre covid for 2 years and post covid are now back to letting it as a holiday apartment.

This apartment is quite simply OUTSTANDING and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There is plenty of EnglishTea and coffee provided for your use - so you dont need to pack it! Cartons of milk are left for guest use and (Please replenish for next guests). A fresh drinking water dispenser is provided for your use with cooler (no need to lug bottles back to the apartment)!! (subsequent replacement bottles to be ordered by renter ) - This is STRICTLY a no smoking apartment. NO smoking on balconies. Apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs as there is a small flight of stairs to the front door and it is a two storey apartment with a large staircase connecting floors. Pets may be permitted by prior arrangement only and will be at the owners discretion. Welcome packs are available on request, we will facilitate your requests.

Beach towels are also available for guest use but MUST be washed before departure for the following guests.

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished a true home from home - There is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one master with king size bed. There are wardrobes and chests of drawers in all bedrooms, with the benefit of wall to wall built in units and drawers in the master bedroom. The lounge is exceptionally large and furnished to the highest of standards with luxurious leather suites. The superb lounge leads out onto a fantastic high private balcony for watching those fabulous evening sunsets that Calis is renowned for. The kitchen/dining area is reached by a lovely circular staircase from the lounge and the main bathroom leads from the lounge and is fully tiled with a full size bathtub. The second bathroom is on the first floor leading from the hallway and is also fully tiled with its own separate shower cubicle. The dining room/kitchen boast two superb sized balconies at either end where you can dine outside el fresco while watching those glorious sunsets and enjoying a glass of wine or two!!! The main balcony looks directly onto the stunning pool only feet away. Total size of apmt 80m2. Both the middle floor bedrooms have their own private large balcony with their own furniture.

Large extremely well maintained lovely gardens with lawn , bushes and flower beds which are surrounded by an attractive stone wall, beautiful climbing flowers and bushes, with secure gates and railings making it safe for children. Parasols and sun loungers are provided. There is an exceptionally large shared pool with a separate baby splash pool which is directly (only feet away) in front of the apartment. Patio furniture is provided for use on all of the balconies. Everything has been catered for to the highest of standards to make your holiday one to remember.BEACH TOWELS Provided (leaving valuable space in your suitcases)

An information pack is available in the apartment with uselful information and ideas of where to visit. Early arrivals and late departures can usually be facilitated. (May incur extra charges) m. There is a key box located on the porch for ease of arrival. Transfers can be arranged by the owner with a reputable company at a very competitive price (2022 £70 return) , this is offeed purely as a service for the guests and payment is made by the guests direct to the transfer company on arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
