The apartment is situated in the quiet resort of calis just 5 minutes walk away is the beautiful seemingly endless 4 km beach. The two story apartment is fully air -conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the pool with sea views. A perfect place to see the perfect sunset .The beach and restaurants are a short walk away from the apartment via an unmade road. The local dolmus(bus) is 3 minutes away goes to various places alternatively you can take the boat taxi from Calis to fethiye . The apartment is perfect for couples and family's as it is in a quiet and relaxing area with bars and restaurants with in walking distance.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Fethiye/Calis Beach area Fethiye is the region of almost indescribable beauty it lies on the semicircular bay protected by a ring of 12 islands, with its own bay and natural port and harbour, it has huge open markets, fish restaurants, bazaar and ancient monuments. Which are visited by thousands of people from all over the are many natural feature's with turquoise blue waters, sandy beaches, breath taking scenery and exceptional weather. Also in the centre of town is the old Turkish baths not to be missed. Lots of shops for the ladies. The Harbour is lovely with plenty of boat trips around the islands and restaurants with lovely views. Calis beach stretches as far as the eye can see and has two natural attractions, one is the cooling breeze the second is the beautiful sunset people come from all areas to see it. also it has Caretta Turtles which lay there eggs on the beach in protected areas. The resort is flat with a blocked paved promenade with numerous amounts of bars and restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Indian, English and Turkish food, eating out is cheap a bottle of beer is £1. There are plenty of places to visit in and around the area .The buses run regularly and cost approx 70p Car hire is available also quad bikes and dune buggies.

Further details indoors: The apartment sleeps maximum 8 The master bedroom has a King size double bed with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite(upstairs) several chests of draws, two bedside cabinets a dresser with a large mirror two easy chairs and a safe. The twin bedroom(upstairs) has two single beds with a large chest of draws and a hanging rail. There are safety gates fitted at the top and bottom of the stairs making it safe for young children to sleep in upstairs twin bedroom. Down stairs: Is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes two bed side cabinets and a dresser with a mirror ideal for guests or grand parents. Next to twin room is down stairs toilet and shower room. Large L shape lounge with one double sofa bed and one three seat er sofa , coffee table TV and DVD player only used for watching DVDs at present. Fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces which is open plan to the dining /lounge area Maid service is 3 times for 1 week and 5 times for 2 weeks this includes linen change, and is included in the price. If you prefer not to have maid service please let us know on the booking contract. On site management is provided 7 days a week .
Further details outdoors: The apartment is surrounded by lovely gardens which has a wall around it and is gated making it safe for children, . There is a large patio area around the main pool and children's pool. umbrellas and sun loungers are supplied free .There are 4 chairs and a table provided for your private balcony over looking the pool. The apartment complex is managed by a very well and respected hotel group. Full use of there hotel facilities in Ovacik are available at no extra charge for guests who rent the apartments these include two large swimming pools one with a water slide. There is a pool side bar serving snacks and a children's play area , you can also be pampered with a Turkish bath (at an extra cost) the Hotel also have entertainment evenings We recommend the Turkish night if you ring the hotel they will provide transport.

Booking deposit of £100 pounds is required within 2 weeks to hold the booking or booking will be lost. Along with a refundable security deposit of £50 returned (subject to satisfactory property inspection) approx 14 days after your return . Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to traveling If booking less than 8 weeks in advanced balance and deposit due immediately recite available Late cancellation fees will apply This is a no smoking apartment. Contract applies as soon as booking form returned Transfers can be arranged through our management company or you can book independently please let us know which is required NB. Please be aware the pool is not filled until May
Conditions
Apartment is not suitable for wheel chairs as there is a flight of stairs to the front door. Could you please fetch your own beach towels as they are not provided. Please be aware that Public Liability insurance is not available in Turkey and they are not part of the E.U. So please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we must disclaim any liability part.

Guest book My third time staying in this lovely apartment always something different to do with lots more to see cant get enough of the area, food excellent night life fab people cant do enough for you will be back next year .
