About the home

Self catering, well equipped with private garden & pool, 300 meters to beach.

First floor (upstairs) for renting. Only ONE booking at a time will give you privacy.

Enjoy alfresco dining and barbeques outside in our outdoor living area.Calis with its 4 km stretch of sand and shingle beach has grown into a small resort with a variety of bars and restaurants scattered along the beach front. Calis also boasts two very natural attractions - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months, and you can see what the other one is.Calis is famous for one of the most beautiful sunset in the world. The nearest town is Fethiye which is ten minutes drive away, 300 meters to Calis Beach. Activities around the area you can reach with the cheap minibuses. Good flight connections to Dalaman. See also charter to Marmaris for flight-seats. Good for family with kids, romantic vacation, activities, retriet, quiet among other villas but with its own garden. Also good for long term rent.

Bed sofa is in lounge, recommended for 1-2 children or 1 adult. The fourth bed is in separate bedroom.
The fourth bed is in separate bedroom.The beds are equipped with extra, thin mattresses for sleeping comfort and to make it easy to fasten the bedsheets. Up on the matresses are washable hygenic protections.All bedlinen and towels are fresh and new.

Bathroom 1 - Shower Enclosure, Toilet
Bidet function in the toilet. Water heating by solar collectors and electric immersion heater. Be aware of the temperature differences and function of tap. Assist the children so they don't get burned from the water. There is always more hot water in the afternoons. For your safety and comfort, there is a thermostatic-mixer which protect from too hot water in shower.

Further details outdoors:
Upstairs apartment. Two balconies, one towards West and one to East. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset. You can see all of the pool area from the balcony at west side. Iron, ironing-board, hairdryer. There is no internet connection in the house but some internet cafes within 10 minutes walk. For security and safety; in the hallway is a smoke alarm.. The immersion heater is on timer. Safety frontdoor and metalbars for windows.

It is too late to do afterward and your holidays will be disturbed by that. Please also e-mail me, for any kind of complaints you might have on your vacation and we will try to make it better.

By the poolside: Pool is running and maintained from May 1 until Oct 31. You use all at your own risk and your responsibility. Don't leave children alone. Pool deepth is about 170 cm, all over. Bring your own towels to the the BEACH. You have to bring only private things for usage outside of the property. The pool is only for this villa and for you solely.

At the end of vacation....: please fill in review form in this website. I am grateful for your comments in the review form and please write some lines in the guest book in the lounge. It wil be good help for other guests.

Sunbathing, water-park, Turkish bath, bowling, shopping, Sunday-market, restaurants, wild nature, mountains, historic.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Fethiye and the surrounding area has plenty to offer the active visitor. From cycling to scrambling over the ruins there’s an activity to suit most tastes.

Visit Historic Sites
There are plenty of ancient sites to visit in and around Fethiye. An entry fee is payable to nearly all the sites if a guard is on duty (sometimes).

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

The great thing about Turkey, unlike many other European countries, is the freedom to roam once in a site – very few areas are restricted.
In high summer it is best to visit early in the morning or in the late afternoon to avoid the scorching sun.
