Tastefully furnished Oasis Villa is in Oasis Village, which is located in a peaceful, protected forest area with green fields and lovely views of distant mountains. The complex offers: Mini market, Restaurant, Snack Bar & Pool Bar, Heated indoor Pool, and Fitness Centre, Sauna, Mini golf and Tennis. Fethiye, the main town is 15 min. drive away from Oasis Village and easily accessible by taxi, local 'dolmus' bus service or private rental car, from the Oasis village gate entrance.

There are a number of villas of same type in the complex. The facilities given are minimum facilities. The exact villa will be chosen upon e-mail communication as per availability and choice of tenant (number of double/single beds, extra facilities needed, etc.).

There are all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, the villa offers spacious accommodation, the bathrooms are fully tiled and modern, and the kitchen is fully fitted. The terraces are spacious, with a BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. The garden is well kept, with stunning views from the terraces of this Villa.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 30% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure

Conditions

30% of the rental fee need to be sent by bank transfer , to book the property. The rest is charged on arrival.

Refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival and refunded on departure.
