Green Valley 2 Bed Apartments can sleep up to 6 people including a sofa bed in the lounge. Also available are 3 and 4 bed. They would suit families or groups of couples looking for both a relaxing and lively holiday. They are furnished and air conditioned throughout.
A cot or high chair can be arranged if you let us know in advance.
The apartments also have a pool bar/restaurant serving food and drinks and a small laundry room with washers and dryer (local fees may be payable). There is also a large communal swimming pool and childs splash pool with sun loungers and parasols around the pool area for you to relax and soak up the sun.
The apartment is 2 bed and can sleep 4-6 people. We arrange a free welcome pack for your arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, eggs, bread and jam, and offer a meet and greet service which previous customers have found very helpful. A weekly clean and change of bedding is also included in the price.
There are local shops close by within walking distance for basic supplies. From the apartments it takes 5-10 minutes on the bus into Fethiye town. It takes around five minutes to walk to the main road for local bus services to Fethiye and Calis, or in the opposite direction the lively resorts of Hisaronu and Oludeniz and the ghost village of Kayakoy.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Agriculture is the largest source of income in the economy of Fethiye as the climatic conditions are ideal in the region. In green-houses and on the farms, tomatoes are the major agricultural crop. Tourism is the second major source of income.
The area has something for everyone. Enjoy a boat trip, take a trip to the mud baths at Dalyan, visit many historical sites including Pamukkale and Ephesus. Cool down at the gorge in Saklikent where the water is zero degrees. Take a jeep safari and see the real Turkey. And for the more adventurous amongst you, try paragliding, parasailing and scuba diving.
There is so much to do in the area you won't be disappointed.
Fethiye / Fethiye Town area
Fethiye is a bustling harbour town in a sheltered bay offering visitors opportunities for sailing, diving, fishing relaxing and shopping in the ancient part of the town known as the Paspatur - a fascinating labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets full of new and traditional shops.
Every Tuesday there is a local market in the town where food, housewares and souvenirs can be bought. Remember to haggle!
There are a huge selection of high quality restaurants in the area - including the Fish market - where you buy your fish then choose one of the restaurants to cook it for you.
The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon are definitely worth a visit. Walk to the main road from the apartments and catch the local bus to Oludeniz, via Hisaronu.
Also within easy reach from Fethiye is Calis. Calis has a long beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and bars.
How to get there
Fly to either Dalaman (nearest) or Antalya airport with Flythomascook, Easyjet, Onur air, Turkish Airlines, Turkish Cyprus Airlines, XL, My Travel, Sun Express, Fly Thomson, BMI Baby and Monarch. There are many good deals to be found on the internet.
We will provide you with detailed directions to the apartment. Or we can arrange airport transfers and/or car hire for you.

Further details indoors: The apartments are open plan living and have 1 bathroom for the 2 beds. They are normally one double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and some have a single or double sofa bed in the lounge. They are air conditioned and towels and bed linen are provided.
Some have a washing machine but there is a laundry room available for the occupants of the apartments to use.
Further details outdoors: The complex is designed around a kidney shaped swimming pool with childs splash pool. From the pool terrace you can get to the snack/pool bar for your convenience.
Sunbed and parasols are available around the pool for your comfort.

Bookings are for minimum of one week, but dates can be flexible. To reserve the apartment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including any airport transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date.
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover breakages, etc., is payable on arrival in Turkey.
Payment is made by credit/debit card or bank to bank transfer in Sterling.
