About the home

This modern luxury five star Forest Valley apartment is in the beautiful Calis beach resort of Fethiye. Ideal for families, the complex with the mountains as a backdrop, is quite stunning. Peaceful, yet within walking distance to all the attractions Calis has to offer; including the spectacular beach and promenade, the water park, local market and many great bars and restaurants. Local transport stops at the complex and will take you direct into the pretty harbor town of Fethiye. Stay in Fethiye or go on to visit other places using the terrific transportation link there.
The apartment itself is fully air conditioned and has a first & second floor, comprising of: a large lounge with TV, DVD and satellite.Wi fi is available upon request. Three bedrooms, one twin, one twin/double each with a balcony and one double room. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with full-sized bathtub/shower. A well equipped kitchen/dining room, with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a pull out couch in the lounge for extra guests. There are 6 balconies, all with picturesque views and a built-in BBQ on the main balcony for al fresco dining. The complex is monitored 24 hours by a control centre via security cameras and there is a built-in safe for your valuables. No smoking in the apartment please, there are plenty of balconies!

The apartment is beautifully appointed and furnished and offers an extremely high standard of accommodation. The gardens are beautifully maintained as is the pool area. The apartment has six balconies to allow for privacy or access to morning/ evening sunshine as required. Guests have commented on the quality of the apartment but perhaps the best testimonial is that they return time and time again.

Further details outdoors:
Manicured and mature garden setting with delightful pool, kids pool and sunbathing terrace. There are sunbeds and sunbed cushions available for use free of charge and all this set against the back drop of picturesque green hills and mountains with snow topped mountains further in the distance. It is quite breathtaking.
Local, user friendly transport stops immediately outside the complex and there is also a reliable push button taxi call service attached to the complex outside wall.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The beautiful Turquoise Coast, is as the name suggests all serene coves, white sands, and blue-green waters. It has stunning mountains which reach right down to the sea and are incredibly green and in the background are huge often snow topped mountains. The climate is warm and sunny from April through to October and can be quite hot during July and August.
The region offers countless opportunities to view historical places of interest as well as great bargains in the towns, shops and wonderful markets

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Along the Calis Beach seafront there is a pedestrian boulevard, with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Daily activities include a selection of water sports, a family day at one of the aqua parks, or shopping along the promenade. There are also weekly markets in Calis and Fethiye not to be missed. To get to Calis Beach seafront it is a brisk 15-20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute taxi ride.
Fethiye is a 15 minute drive or 30 minute water taxi ride away from central Calis Beach. Here enjoy a day cruise through the 12-islands, a day of sailing or scuba diving, or visit the ancient tombs built. You can also pamper yourself at one of the many Turkish baths.
Calis Beach is renowned for its wonderful family friendly atmosphere and fantastic sunsets. Whether you are into cycling, walking, sea sports and swimming, horse riding or simply relaxing in the sun this is the place for you.
A visit to nearby Oludeniz and the Blue Lagoon, approximately 30 minutes away by bus/car. It is the most photographed beach and lagoon in Turkey and is highly recommended as a place to visit. Here you can enjoy paragliding over the magnificent bay.
