About the home

Elegantly furnished, fully air conditioned luxurious villa over 3 floors. Recently undergone complete refurbishment to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation. All rooms are en suite and have balconies with sea and mountain views. Excellent location, local transport (Dolmus) just off the complex. Calis beach promenade, bars, restaurants and amenities 10 minutes away. Quiet and secluded yet within reach of Calis town and Fethiye. From Fethiye other destinations, such as Olu Deniz and Hisaronu can be reached in 30 minutes.2 adults'/1 child's swimming pool. 24 hr Security.

Wi-Fi available at a weekly charge of £5. or 15 TL.

Local grocery stores 5 mins away. Other supermarkets 15 mins by Dolmus (local minibus).

The garden is nicely landscaped, with palm trees and flower beds surrounding the swimming pools and other villas. The villa has its own patio (furniture provided). There is a designated BBQ area. There are two good sized shared adult's pools and one shared child's pool.

A substantial welcome pack is provided for your convenience.
Local grocery stores, supermarkets are easily accessible for any other requirements.
A flexible arrangement is in place to enable you to arrive and leave at your leisure.
The villa is cleaned prior to all arrivals. Bed linen, dressing gowns, bath, hand and beach towels are provided in every room. Mid stay clean (2 week stay) with linen change is included. Also included are hospitality trays and a hair dryer.

Conditions

To secure your reservation a £100 non refundable deposit will be required within 14 days. Any outstanding amount is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.(Payment by cheque or Bank transfer). Prices published are for 1 and 2 week periods in UK Pounds. A deposit of £150. against any breakages is required & to be paid in the UK before departure. This will be refunded on your return to the UK, once confirmation has been received no damage has occurred.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast and Lycia region of Turkey is home to some of its most well known resorts. Olu Deniz is famed for its blue lagoon, and the whole of the coastline is spectacular. For those who like night life and plenty to do, Fethiye is great for combining ancient sights and wonders with modern facilities.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis offers a small selection of shops with jewellery, clothes, shoes, beachwear and water-sport equipment. There are many small, well-stocked minimarkets selling souvenirs, local handicrafts, plentiful spices, teas and Turkish delight. Fethiye town has abundant shops and a large covered market on Tuesdays.

Calis has a good selection of bars and cocktail bars, many on the beach front boulevard and with bay views. For those who want something more lively there are some discos. Larger hotels offer seasonal evening entertainments with live music and often belly-dancing. A more active night life can be found in nearby Fethiye town.

For the more adventurous tourists water sports are available including surfing and there is an aqua park with slides and a fitness centre. Alternatively, go paragliding, horse riding or take a Jeep or Quad bike Safari. For the tourist with relaxation in mind there are Turkish baths and massages available.

You can take a boat from Calis to nearby secluded bays for swimming or take a fishing trip including shark fishing! (Lunch Provided). Larger boats from Olu Deniz provide day trips touring the surrounding islands (Lunch Provided). Sunset boat trips are also available. Other excursions are to Dalyan turtle beach; Pamukkale (Cotton Castle); Saklikent Tlos Gorge; various truck safaris in mountains; Fethiye Market (Tuesdays); Marmaris; Olu Deniz.

“First Class” Just returned from 2 weeks at Seaside 17. Rick, the owner was in contact very regular from the moment we made the booking to the time of departure. We had problems losing our Aegean flights and Rick was very accomodating around our new travel arangements. Although the apartment has 3 bed/bath rooms, we only used 2 as there were only 4 of us on holiday. The apartment could comfortably accomodate 6 people with ample bedding, towels, beach towels, sun beds etc. The price of the rental includes airport transfer and a good food starter pack to get you up and running right away. There was also a mid break clean of the apartment which entailed fresh bedding and towels. The whole complex is very tidy and well maintained. Alot of apartments appear not to be let out so some of the apartments are empty alot of the time I would imagine which means it is never over crouded around the pool.

“Perfect Family Location” We stayed at Seaside 17 in August 2010, and couldn't believe our luck in finding this property - we will be visiting again in a couple of weeks, having rebooked within a few days of coming home... more
