Calis beach promenade, bars, restaurants and amenities 10 minutes away. Quiet and secluded yet within reach of Calis town and Fethiye. From Fethiye other destinations, such as Olu Deniz and Hisaronu can be reached in 30 minutes.2 adults'/1 child's swimming pool. Local grocery stores 5 mins away. The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Coast and Lycia region of Turkey is home to some of its most well known resorts. Olu Deniz is famed for its blue lagoon, and the whole of the coastline is spectacular. For those who like nightlife and plenty to do, Fethiye is great for combining ancient sights and wonders with modern facilities.
Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis offers a small selection of shops with jewellery, clothes, shoes, beachwear and water-sport equipment. There are many small, well-stocked minimarkets selling souvenirs, local handicrafts, plentiful spices, teas and Turkish delight. Fethiye town has abundant shops and a large covered market on Tuesdays.
Calis has a good selection of bars and cocktail bars, many on the beachfront boulevard and with bay views. For those who want something more lively there are some discos. Larger hotels offer seasonal evening entertainments with live music and often belly-dancing. A more active nightlife can be found in nearby Fethiye town.
For the more adventurous tourists water sports are available including surfing and there is an aqua park with slides and a fitness centre. Alternatively, go paragliding, horse riding or take a Jeep or Quad bike Safari. For the tourist with relaxation in mind there are Turkish baths and massages available.
You can take a boat from Calis to nearby secluded bays for swimming or take a fishing trip including shark fishing! (Lunch Provided). Larger boats from Olu Deniz provide day trips touring the surrounding islands (Lunch Provided). Sunset boat trips are also available. Other excursions are to Dalyan turtle beach; Pamukkale (Cotton Castle); Saklikent Tlos Gorge; various truck safaris in mountains; Fethiye Market (Tuesdays); Marmaris; Olu Deniz.
How to get there
Flights are available to Dalaman from all UK airports. Dalaman airport to villa: 40 minutes RETURN TRANSFER is included in the rates quoted (Flight details and total number in party are needed prior to departure, to enable us to liaise with our representative in Calis). Car hire can be arranged by our representative - (Prestige Property Management).

There is a designated BBQ area. There are two good sized shared adult's pools and one shared child's pool. Superb views of the famous Calis Beach sunset!

A welcome pack is provided for your convenience. This includes bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jam, cheese, tomatoes, toilet rolls, water, beer and a bottle of wine as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. Local grocery stores, supermarkets are easily accessible for any other requirements. A flexible arrangement is in place to enable you to arrive and leave at your leisure. The villa is cleaned prior to all arrivals. Bed linen, dressing gowns, bath, hand and beach towels are provided in every room. Mid stay clean (2 week stay) with linen change is included. Also included are hospitality trays and a hairdryer.
Swimming pool closed November-March Villa available all year round. Off season rates negotiable.
Conditions
To secure your reservation a £100 non refundable deposit will be required within 14 days. Any outstanding amount is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.(Payment by cheque or Bank transfer). Prices published are for 1 and 2 week periods in UK Pounds. A deposit of £200. against any breakages is required, to be paid on site to our representative and will be returned prior to departure.
