Lissa Villa is a large spacious villa that is well appointed and furnished with quality fittings. There are 4 large bedrooms and a bed settee and the villa can sleep up to 10 people. There are mountain views and a sea view from the top floor. The villa is ideally situated to explore the Turquoise coast.
The villa is located just 700 metres from Calis beach and just off the main Calis to Fethiye road. A small waterpark is nearby and restaurants, bars and shops are also a few minutes walk away. The local cheap transport the " dolmus" pass along the Fethiye road every few minutes in the holiday season and will take you to Fethiye, Hisaronu , Oludeniz and beyond.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Lissa Villa is set in Calis in a peaceful area yet only a few minutes stroll to the restaurants and bars on Calis's long promenade. The nearest supermarket is 200mtrs and large supermarkets are situated in Fethiye.
Fethiye / Calis area
CALIS is a few minutes drive from Fethiye ( cheap local mini buses run every few minutes or you can take a boat Dolmus in the summer months ) Calis is a beach resort with a nice promenade full of friendly restaurants and bars. Çaliş is a quiet resort but it still has its fair share of restaurants, shops and bars, the long beach is a favourite with holidaymakers because it doesn't get too crowded and there is a constant sea breeze. The famous 'Caretta Turtles' come to this beach to lay their eggs so if you keep your eyes peeled you may catch sight of one. Small water park nearby and also in Hisaronu. Nice and flat so easy to walk or cycle and always with fabulous mountain and island views.
How to get there
Fly into Dalaman airport, we can arrange transfer, car hire or a taxi. Taxi's are £35 each way for up to 3 people a mini bus can be arranged for groups of 4 or more at a cost £55 each way. Car hire is from £22 per day.

A non returnable deposit of 25% on booking and full payment 8 weeks before departure, any cancellations after this date will be part refunded should the apartment be let. 200£ breakage deposit is also required returned within 5 working days of return.

All gas and electricity ( see below) included. Welcome pack of shopping butter, eggs, bread, water, etc can be purchased for you before arrival. Please ask if you have any other requests.
Due to excessive use of aircon. and an 80% rise in electricity prices a meter is now fitted, electricity is still"free" as long as aircon. is not abused. Excess will be taken from breakage deposit.
