About the home

Villa Annirozi is absolutely fabulous luxurious beach side villa, sleeping 8-10 people There are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom, all accommodation is spacious and very comfortable.

Location, location, location - Villa Annirozi is situation on the prestigious Seaside Complex right on the beach in Calis and boasts excellent accommodation, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The living space is very spacious and is excellent for families, plenty of space for the kids, parents & grandparents. Or, ideal for friends sharing as there are 3 bathrooms & 4 loo’s!

The ground floor consists of a huge open plan living space with American style kitchen, fully kitted out including that all important dishwasher. The entrance hall is spacious with ample storage & a downstairs cloakroom. The hallway leads to a great open plan living space, contemporary furnished with ample seating, a hand-made dining table to seat 8, open fireplace and fully equipped with T.V, DVD & CD player. There are 2 sets of double doors leading from the living room to a large terrace which overlooks the main pool. Where you find comfortable patio furniture perfect for alfresco and making the most of the built in bbq.

First floor has 3 bedrooms. The master suite, 1 double & 1 twin and a family shower room.The master suite has a fantastic king-size four poster iron bedstead, dressing room & en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a large balcony overlooking the main pool with far reaching sea veiws. The second floor consists of a wonderful large light bedroom with king-sized wrought iron bed, en-suite bathroom & a terrace with magnificent sea & mountain views. This terrace is a favourite place to sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down. There are sun loungers to enjoy the piece & quite. Perfect for a spot of bare sunbathing if you are brave enough.

The main freshwater pool is just outside the villa, you can easy watch the kids from the terrace. There are 2 other fresh water pools & kiddies pool on site. The villa has ample no. of sun-loungers with cushions for our guests use.

This terrace is a favorite place to sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down. There are sun loungers to enjoy the peace & quiet. Perfect for a spot of bare sunbathing if you are brave enough!

Two more double bedroom & 1 bathroom, situated on the first floor, both are a good size, simply & elegantly decorated with cool white crisp bed linens. Both bedrooms enjoy balconies with a sea view and share a shower room.

Additional Sleeping, for families with small children or if you just need an extra bed, we have 2 fold up beds suitable for a child & small adult and 2 cots suitable for children up to 2 1/2 year. We don’t charge for the use of the beds or cots but we will levy a small charge for laundry. All we ask is that the cots are cared for and left in excellent condition ready for the next little guest.

The Villa is situated on the prestigious Seaside Residence right on the beach in Calis and boasts excellent accommodation, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. There are a total of 3 pools to choose from, including a kiddies one. The main pool is just outside the villa. Seaside Residence is a selection of 4 bed detached villas, town houses & apartments.

All bedrooms have either a balcony or roof terrace with stunning sea views.
There is a great terrace with built in BBQ overlooking the main pool where you can dine alfresco.

The promenade hosts many excellent restaurants and bars all with lovely views over the bay inlets out to sea. It is a laid back resort with something for everyone, great for families; children are welcome almost everywhere and great for adults seeking a sun and entertainment. Calis is famous for its stunning sun-sets and its cooling summer breeze.

Whether it's sitting in a waterfront café sipping a cup of strong black Turkish coffee in Fethiye or simply lazing on the beach at Calis, these resorts personify relaxation.

Other Places of Interest:

The name Oludeniz means dead sea that refers to its world famous blue lagoon. The lagoon is a great place to swim and cool down in the heat of summer. The main beach that visitors see however is Belcekiz. This beach provides a range of waters sports and air activities as well as being a great place to soak up the sunshine

Ovacik Village is 4 km up the mountain from Fethiye and its altitude means it's often cooler than Fethiye that is at sea level.

Hisaronu Village is situated between Ovacik and Oludeniz and is a popular destination for package tourists from Europe. Its lively bars and restaurants provides Turkish and international cooking for those who don't want to stray too far from their culinary roots.

Kaya Koy -the village sky line is dominated by the deserted Greek village that was abandoned in 1922 when Turkey and Greece swapped populations from their respective countries. The rest of the village is typically Turkish and is a great place to walk around and take in the village life. An amazing place, highly recommended.

Uzumlu -the name means 'grape' in English and refers to its main cash crop. The village centre has numerous small craft shops selling woven items and locally made wine. The local wine house is a pleasant place to try out the local vintage. The village is the starting point for tours to the ancient town of Cadianda high above the village

Saklikent High in the mountains above Fethiye, rushing torrents of icy cold water cut a narrow gorge through the mountains over thousands of years, creating Saklikent Gorge. A natural wonder, the resulting canyon is 300 metres deep and 18 kilometers long and offers visitors one of the most breathtaking excursions in all of Turkey. Saklikent Gorge has walls reaching a height of 300 metres and is navigateable for the first 18 kilometres. Saklikent in Turkish means "Hidden City". The walls are so high that they cut out most of the sunlight and the fresh spring waters that flow through are freezing cold!. A cool refuge on hot summer days, Saklikent Gorge is a favourite picnic spot where rustic restaurants overhanging the river serve delicious fresh trout and other local delicacies. You may reach Saklikent, 31 miles (50 km) to Fethiye, by car or with one of the tours organised from Oludeniz- Fethiye

Gocek set at the north-west end of the Gulf of Fethiye, Gocek is blessed with magnificent scenery. Backed by majestic mountains and substantial pine forests it looks out over the Twelve Islands, which provide shelter for Gocek's almost circular bay that has made the village such a perfect, natural harbor. Lured by such perfection, the yachting community has long made Gocek a favorite, and it is also a popular stop for gullet cruises.

"Great Villa loads of space and was clean and all in good order. We found it very family friendly as was the location generally, there was a brilliant beach about 10 mins up the road by car really sandy and very family friendly with plenty of shade. . We stayed at a reasonably cheap rate as a late booking, and there were only 5 of us, but even and current rates its a great deal for a larger party, and the villa had 8 comfy beds in 4 separate bedrooms, so thinking of returning with friends. Pool was great and cleaned daily, and the toddler pool right next to it was great too. Generally a very family friendly resort as nice and safe for little ones and a huge choice of restaurants and local shop to buy salad, etc, plus more shops a 20 min walk away which we used a bit (and the market was good too). As the villa is situated right at the end of the "resort" its very quiet and not touristy in feel, but with all the bars/restaurants, etc just 2 mins across the road. Also really handy for buses as they all stop just outside the villas! Definitely would recommend this as a nice spacious good quality villa with pool for a larger party."
