Beautiful 5 bedrooms fully air condtioned villa with all modern convienieces. 5 en-suite bedrooms, master bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. A well equipped fitted kitchen that comfortably seats 10 which includes all cooking, washing and ironing facilities. This villa is near to the taxi office and bus routes, and only 0.75 of a km to the beach . Mature landscaped gardens with fruit trees and open play area and private pool with waterfall feature and large sun terrace. Situated in a quiet peaceful location within easy reach of the town and tourist resorts. This property is only a 40 minute drive from the airport and a 30 minute drive to Turkey's famous Oludeniz Lagoon.

All bedrooms are large with twin beds and plenty of storage. Two of these bedrooms are on the ground floor making them easily accessible. First floor bedrooms have private balconies, one over looking the pool area. A fold up bed is available for sleeping an extra guest and a cot can also be made available for younger holiday makers.
All linen and towles are provided, there is also a weekly maid service included.
In the lounge there is a TV, a Nintendo 64 with an assortment of games, a dvd player with an assortment of dvds, also a music centre.
The fully fitted large kitchen diner has all modern amenities including a dish washer, washing machine and a cooker with gas hobbs and eletric oven. All running water in the villa is drinkable.
Also supplied are a few electrical plug adapters for any other items you may wish to bring.

The villa has beautiful landscape gardens and lush fruit trees but also a large, enclosed, grassed outside playing area. All sun beds and parisols are provided with outside dining and seating area. There is also a purpose built BBQ area under a shaded terrace. On this property there is room for two cars to be privately parked on a secure driveway. The villa has its very own large private pool (pool depth 1.8m or 6ft) as well as the added beauty of a man made waterfall feature and shower. Also there is a small dipping pool (pool depth 0.45 or 18 inches). These pool depths are aproximate.
If you get a little bored of lounging around in the sun or splashing around in the pool, there is a dart board for your entertainment, or perhaps you would prefer a game of table football.

If a couple of your dates overlap an exsisting booking , alternative arrangments for temporary accommodation can be made.
Conditions
A 25% deposite of the total cost is required to secure the villa for requested dates (non refunderable).
A £200 damage waiver is requested upon payment of your stay at the villa, this will be refunded on your return if no damages have been found upon your departure.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This area has beautiful bays for fishing swimming and sigthseeing, plus easily accessible attractions such as, Patar beach, Oludeniz lagoon ,saklikent gorge (hidden city). Tlos(trout farm). Lycian tombs. Butterfly valley. Kayakoy village (ghost town) . All of these places can be seen by yourselves or on organised tours.
The Fethiye / Calis area

The pool will not be availale until May unless requested for which there will be an additional cost which is for the maintainence of the pool. Airport transfers are priced seperatly. 1-2 people £70 return. 3-4 people £80 return. 5-7 people £90 return 8-13 people £100 return. Car hire can also be arranged through the same company for you. This needs to be done well in advance because of availablity in the peak season. These prices are revised annually.
